The hotel staff is very polite, the room is well-equipped and clean. There are not many breakfast options, but they are delicious. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and the best one is the fruit salad. 😍😍👍👍

The Hotel Agung staff were friendly and eager to help us at every turn. I appreciated the provision of both breakfast and evening meals. The Indonesian cuisine was flavorful. The staff noticed from my wife’s passport that it was her birthday and took the initiative to purchase a cake to mark the occasion. We intend to return whenever our travel requires overnight in Biak

+ The staff is partly friendly but there is 1 girl who is a slender face
