Hotel was a really good Location, Welcomed by friendly and helpful staff at the desk. The lift was not working which didn’t affect us as we are able bodied. However there were other people who could have done with the lift working, We didn’t have the continental breakfast but it did look good. We just prefer cooked breakfasts. Bedroom was a nice space and bathroom/ shower was clean.

The location was very convenient for me as it was close to my office. The breakfast was below average, but the staff were very supportive and accommodating. They kindly arranged my breakfast **30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time** to suit my work schedule, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good stay with helpful staff and a convenient location.

I love the room and amenities offered. Clear instruction, clean facilities, and warm hospitality. Reasonable price and convenient accessibility to different locations (shopping centre, convenience stores, restaurants, cafe and pubs,…)

Had such a lovely stay! Room was clean and service was excellent. Was lucky enough to eat at the pub as well and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to pass through Shaftesbury.

Very good location, just outside the Weymouth station, however, the rooms are crampy and small. the service was good

Very good stay experience, the hotel is located in the center of the hotel, with a sea view outside the window. One of the bosses is a Chinese woman, communication is convenient, the hotel is very warm and caring. Our suite with a separate kitchenette for simple meals and a separate wash and dryer is very convenient for children sailing every day.
