The facilities are excellent and the location is superb, right in the heart of Central Street. To the left is St. Sophia Cathedral, and to the right is the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient. When you're tired from exploring, you can just pop back to the hostel for a nap before heading out again. The cleanliness is very good. The standard eight-person room has its own private bathroom, and there are also squat toilets and showers in the common areas. They even have dedicated washing machines and dryers for female guests, which is fantastic. The service is spot-on. They provide food recommendations, though it would be even better if they created a group chat so guests could team up to try more dishes – it's hard to eat a lot by yourself!

The room was spotless, perfect for students needing a break from intense final exam studying to relax and order some delicious takeout.

Good location to explore the city but the walls are very thin so you can hear everyone in the next rooms and outside in the hallway. The bed was very hard and you can feel the springs in the mattress. The toilet was running a lot too and you would hear it all night. The staff were very nice and the location was ideal but because of the other issues, I would not come back.

Stayed at Pai Hotel near Sofia Church and Central Street and it was a solid choice. Location is excellent for sightseeing, and getting around by Didi is easy. Staff were patient and helpful during check-in, even using a translator app. Room was simple but clean with daily housekeeping. Lobby has free hot water, a microwave, and luggage storage. Heating was good during winter. Just note that rooms facing the train can be noisy.

This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The room is equipped with an intelligent voice system, which can control the lights and curtains by voice. It has a full sense of technology. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Bringing my elderly parents and kids here was the best decision! The guesthouse is super spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to play. There's even a slide and a ball pit in the room, which totally freed up my hands and kept the kids entertained. The entire place is smart-home enabled, and there's a huge projector screen – it felt amazing. The front desk even had kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The attention to detail is just perfect!
