The room was decent, and it was conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The front desk offered a chartered car service to Huangguoshu Waterfall for 30 yuan per person per trip, or 60 yuan round trip. You could leave your luggage at the hotel and pick it up on your return trip. The driver (Mr. Liu) would take you back to the hotel to collect your luggage and then drop you off at the high-speed rail station. He was very kind and helpful! He even told us how to get around Huangguoshu Waterfall.

I really have to rave about this homestay I stayed at this time 🥹✨. It was a truly delightful two-night, three-day stay! First and foremost, the owner is incredibly kind! And surprisingly strong 🤣. Our luggage combined was almost 50kg, and he carried it all up and down by himself – I felt a little embarrassed… Also, the location was a bit tricky to find at first, so we contacted him, and he came right out to meet us, which made us feel incredibly secure! The entire check-in experience was fantastic. Basically, anywhere we could walk, the owner wouldn't let us carry heavy items ourselves 🥹. The room is also a huge plus! It's super clean, and the best part is – you can see a panoramic night view of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village 🌃. And seriously, **it looks so much better in person than in photos!!** That feeling of the lights illuminating layer by layer, you truly have to see it with your own eyes to be awestruck ✨. Oh, and! The dinner the owner recommended was also delicious 🍲 – the sour soup fish 🍅. Both the owner and his wife are incredibly nice people. We came back quite late at night, and they were still awake, worried we might get lost 🥺. Overall, it's just: Scenery + Service + Hospitality = Perfect Score 💯 I will definitely stay here again next time I visit!!

I often stay at this hotel, it's cost-effective, the room is clean, the stay is comfortable, the internet speed is not slow, and the decoration style is simple and elegant. The only bad thing is that the front desk often changes people.

Start from when we arrive at the train station, because we do not know how to go, and not that far, so, the boss helped us, picking up from the train station. Went inside, already asked for a seated toilet, he also upgraded my room. After a few days travelling from Zhangjiajie, I finally enjoyed the warm water from the shower room that also a plus point. I like the Japanese style toilet also. He also has connections with someone that can drive you to xijiang thousand village, so, you do not need to walk to the train station. Boss also helped me with my Taobao, that I Miss type information inside. Hotels also have a water filter for you to top up your flask. The room is perfectly clean. The layout of the room is also good. At the end of our journey, because we got many suitcases, the handsome boss drove us back to the train station. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friend who wants to stay in Kaili south

The owner was there personally to welcome me. He offered me a choice of 3rd or 4th floor and I chose 4th floor. He promptly carry my carry on luggage up to my room. The room has a great view of the bridge 祝聖橋 and the cave/temple. This location can’t be beat. The room is tastefully furnished with pastel color cushions , 2 chairs and 1 table on the balcony. There  is building across the river but it was perfectly ok. During the day, someone in some bar or restaurant was singing karaoke or something but this is typical in China. The people love singing with a loud speaker but after awhile, you won’t even notice.  The hotel is only 3 minutes from the bus stop. I took the bus from the train station when I came . I arrived by bus , walked to the train station and took the bus. The owner wrote very descriptive instructions on how to get there. The ride is 2 rmb. On the return to the train station it took like 20 to 25 minutes because one side of the room was closed and there was a traffic jam. I have never seen so many boom trucks in my life . I saw at least 20 if not more. They were all working on the roof, the second floor of the building, etc. This place is just beginning to revitalize. Please be aware that due to uneven payment and rough pavement in the main street, you can twist your ankle so walk carefully and watch where you are walking .  There is mountain in front of the hotel. 65 and older pays 5 rmb for insurance. The signage is not very good but if you walk along the top of the fortress walk , eventually you will come down on the other side where there are many grave sites.  All in all, this hotel satisfy all my needs. I slept fitfully . 

The room was clean and tidy, and the hot water supply was excellent! What truly stood out was the hotel's service, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Knowing we had just arrived by high-speed train, they immediately asked about our plans for exploring Tongren: had we booked tickets? Did we have transportation? The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tourist bus station, with a direct bus to Tongren Grand Canyon – how incredibly convenient! They didn't leave until they confirmed our afternoon itinerary was all sorted. We're so grateful to them! They've made us fall in love with Tongren, and if we ever come back, we'd love to stay here again.

Good location as the hotel is within walking distance to Anshun West High Speed Railway. There is a restaurant.next to the hotel and eateries around. Owner upgraded room with window view and fixed the faulty basin tap promptly. Hotel is clean and necessary amenities were provided. Enjoyed my stay during my trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall.

The location is very good and it is convenient to find the way. Parking is also convenient, a large free parking area, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants and snacks around. It is also close to the People's Hospital and Health Vocational College. The room is clean and tidy, basically disposable items, peace of mind, facilities are very new, the boss is also enthusiastic, live very comfortable, super recommended!

Clean, quiet, and excellent service – it ticked all three boxes! Absolutely unbeatable value for money, highly recommend! My stay was perfect! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and breathable (no sweating!), and the bathroom had a consistent supply of hot water. It was even more comfortable than being at home. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Xisu Laichen Hotel. My stay was exceptional, and it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. The hotel's cleanliness is incredibly thorough; the entire place was spotless, every corner meticulously tidied, with no dust or odd smells whatsoever. The bed linens were changed promptly, clean and neat, making the overall environment very comfortable and reassuring to stay in. The most delightful surprise was the pillows in the room – they were perfectly soft and incredibly comfortable. The room also thoughtfully provided memory foam pillows that contoured to my neck, so my neck didn't ache at all when lying down. These little details were truly heartwarming. I have to say, hotels nowadays are really stepping up their game, and it's rare to find one that pays so much attention to such thoughtful details. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, the environment quiet and peaceful, which made for a fantastic living experience. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled both check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. Whether for a vacation or a short stay, this hotel is an excellent choice with great value for money, far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
