Good: Good cost performance, Good staff, great variety of food, convenient location - next to train station and convenience stores, signs are in english and Japanese. Staff have limited english skills which is ready good for simple requests I think. Bad: room seems to have no air conditioning (cool cold air) - the ”air condition” dail only has fan speed not temperature and it blows warm air. The window gives cold air but can be noisy, especially at day time with construction work going on nearby unless window is left very slightly ajar. Overall it's fine but not sure how good it is in the summer without air-conditioning.

Modern stylish hotel. Room was spacious with panoramic view. Cozy comfortable matres and soft pillow. Very hospitality staff. In every moment try to help you. You may see Nara deers from cafe terrace. Convenient and quiet location. Not too many tourists. Grocery and a lot of deers near. Paid parking about 700 yens per weekday. I couldn't eat Japanese breakfast. It was too conceptual and unusual. But western breakfast is ok. I recommend you not to pay for hotel breakfast. Because of its unpalatable and at a high price for this place. Handy laundry. One washing costs 600 yens.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to JR Nara Station, making it easy to purchase all your travel tickets, including airport bus tickets. The surrounding area is very convenient, with a grocery store, a drugstore, and several nice, affordable dining options nearby. There is also a 4-hour open bar in the evening where you can try a variety of Japanese and international alcoholic beverages. The hotel also features an onsen with both indoor and outdoor areas, which was quite popular among guests.

Excellent service. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend driving there; the shops at the Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) offer great quality.

I think it's about 5 minutes from Kintetsu Nara Station and 10 minutes from JR Nara Station. It was located one house from the Kamisanjo Cho intersection, and although it was close to the main road, there was no noise and I was able to spend a relaxing time. It is close to the station and downtown, and I think the location is outstanding. trip.com Although it was not a 1-second check-in, the reception was smooth and I didn't feel stressed. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the first room I was given faced the street and was a bit noisy, which affected my sleep. After two nights, I asked the front desk staff to switch rooms. The staff member was very helpful and showed me the new room, for which I'm very grateful. I slept very well on the last night. The hotel is super close to Nara Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I even walked to Nara Park.

The location is right in the shopping street and also at the Kintetsu exit, it is only 15 minutes to go to the park. The staff is warm and courteous, the hot springs are fine but quiet enough. The hotel is old but tidy, there is no daily necessities except old towels, including a blow dryer in the hot spring area, and there is nothing towels lock. Of course, this price can't be too much, remember this is a hotel. I was impressed by the invincible location and courteous staff, I can't say whether I like it or not.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's within 15 minutes walk from Nara Park as well as several streets full of shops and restaurants. It's also only 5 minutes from the nara-kinetetsu station. The staff were incredibly friendly and the coffee shop is a nice place to sit. The only real negative was the fact that they use very tiny pillows - but they gave me an extra one when I asked and that pretty much solved the issue. Would stay here again if I returned to Nara.
