A nice hotel in Sukhum. A convenient location (near the embankment and the central market from where you can get by public transport to the airport). Rooms are clean and quiet, change towels and bathing facilities every day). Staff is pleasant and responsive. Recommend!

Just arrived from the hotel, very nice hotel, beautiful breakfasts, all delicious and fresh, cleaning the room excellent, closed area, to the beach on foot 5 min, across the road, next to you can eat in the cafe. Welcome and polite staff, clean water in the pool, a pleasant area. The only minus is the location, not all taxi drivers understand where to go, and make the shed eyes 🤣😳, and I in the hotel itself tense that during the heat there was nowhere to hide near the pool, apparently there were umbrellas, but only the grounds left from them, One single one stands a umbrella, although the sun is straight hot, and the people are a lot, also lying without mattresses , not the ice of course, tough!!! The hotel was pleasantly surprised by interior, cleanliness, comfort. Excellent staff, social and ready to help in everything. The room was standard, everything needed is: teapot, water, coats (snow and very soft), slippers, toiletries. I was pleased with the couler with water on the floor. There is a spa zone, the truth on the massage could not go, there was no record on this day, we booked a room in the hotel for only one day. So if you want to get on the massage, it is better to register in advance. Personnel is pleasant and social, ready to help in everything. Breakfasts are just wonderful, peel, eggs, sausages, vegetables, cutting of different cheeses and sausages, etc. Specially delicious cashes are pleased, not all hotels will see. The room we had on the first floor, the view to the yard, nothing interesting, but the view from the 5th floor from the spa zone to the beautiful mountains and the sea.
