I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The service was also friendly and attentive. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. The room had good soundproofing, and the facilities were well-maintained and functional. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

On a business trip to Hohhot, I chose this place mainly because of the convenient parking. The large courtyard has plenty of parking spaces, which is super friendly for drivers. The room is equipped with a Hansgrohe shower, providing a comfortable water flow and stable temperature. The smart assistant controls the lights and curtains quite responsively. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. The front desk service was attentive; they noticed I was on the phone during check-in and slowed down their speaking pace. The self-service laundry room is a highlight – the washing machines are clean, and you can dry your clothes immediately after washing, which is a lifesaver for managing clothes while traveling. The breakfast offers everything you need, and the milk tea and shao mai are just as good as those found outside.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Jokhang Temple, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options all around. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making the check-in process quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation design, and the toiletries were of good quality. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It’s perfect for both business trips and vacations. I drove home and passed by Tongliao and stayed at Juzi. First of all, the parking lot is very large and has no worries. Second, the hotel is newly renovated and the facilities are great. The electric heated toilet and mattress are amazingly comfortable. The service is very good. I asked to change the room and it was handled very quickly and thoughtfully. Third, it is very close to Wanda. I went to Wanda and had a haircut at Baimu Hair Salon downstairs of the hotel. I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. There's free parking right outside, and it's close to both the subway and bus stations. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, making shopping super easy.

The rooms are spacious and bright, well equipped and easy to use. It is very convenient to go out, and there are many places to eat around. Especially worth recommending is breakfast, a shop called ”Mongolian Tunnel King”, I have a real experience to know.

I stayed at the Vienna Hotel during my recent trip to Hohhot, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The Good Stuff: The staff here are great—really friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. The rooms themselves are actually quite nice; they’re spacious, clean, and the building feels relatively modern and well-kept. The neighborhood is very quiet, so I had no issues with noise at night. It’s also super convenient if you need to be near the 2nd Affiliated Hospital. While there isn't much ”action” right outside the door, if you walk about 5 or 10 minutes, there are plenty of small local restaurants where the food is really cheap and decent. The Not-So-Good The location is the biggest hurdle. It’s pretty far from the city center—you’re looking at a 30-minute taxi ride just to get into the heart of town, and there’s almost nothing to do or see in the immediate area. The breakfast was the lowest point for me. It was almost uneatable, to be honest. There’s hardly any variety, and they serve the exact same few things every single day. I’d recommend skipping the hotel food and just hitting those local spots nearby instead. Overall: 7/10 If you have business at the hospital or just want a clean, quiet place to crash and don't mind the commute, it’s a decent choice. But if you’re a tourist wanting to be near the sights or you’re someone who lives for a good hotel breakfast, you’ll probably want to look elsewhere.
