Overall, my stay was fantastic! The room was clean and odor-free, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the hot water was consistent. The front desk staff were efficient and pleasant during check-in. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了

I initially chose another hotel, but wasn't satisfied. Then I came to Lan Ou Hotel, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room has a big bed and a comfortable sofa to lounge on. It's located next to a residential area, so it's super quiet at night for sleeping. They even offer Fujian local snacks for breakfast! The hotel front desk service is also very attentive; they were still actively answering questions even near midnight. I'd recommend this place to anyone flying in or just arriving in Fuzhou. Plus, it's close to a street full of delicious food. Definitely avoid hotels near the highway; they're noisy at night. In short, if you're in Fuzhou, choose Lan Ou!

I came to Xiamen for a business trip and saw this hotel on Ctrip, so I booked it. The price was great, the environment was very clean, and it's super close to both the airport and the train station. They even have an airport shuttle service, which is a really nice touch. The front desk staff were also very considerate, asking about my travel times and so on. I highly recommend this hotel!

The overall environment was warm and comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained and easy to use. Housekeeping was meticulous, meeting high hygiene standards. The staff were friendly and attentive, with every detail taken care of, making for a truly peaceful and pleasant stay.

A simple hotel. Don’t expect much as just need to a room to sleep overnight before early departure ex-XMN. As I arrived very late , no room service available, receptionist helped me order a delivery , appreciated that very much. Breakfast selection was great. Healthy choices. Eastern and western mix. I love the breakfast the best. Restaurant staff was also very friendly.

The room was more spacious than typical all-season hotel rooms of the same type. The hotel is quite new and well-equipped. The hygiene was also good. The service attitude was excellent and attentive. It's not far from the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport by appointment.

For my transit in Fuzhou this time, I always choose Enze Hotel (Wusi Road Railway Station Branch). The location is truly irreplaceable; no need for taxis or detours, just a direct walk to the train station, saving a lot of commuting time. The lobby is clean and cozy, with no unpleasant odors; the rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the mattresses are just the right firmness – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff are friendly and proactively recommend local snacks and travel routes. The facilities are practical, with convenient laundry and charging stations. For a lower price in the same area, clean, quiet, and with excellent service, transit travelers can't go wrong!

There were nine of us, and we drove here ourselves. We saw that this hotel had good reviews, so we decided to book it. They don't have their own parking, but luckily, the front desk staff helped us find parking across the street, which was super convenient for getting in and out and didn't cost extra. We stayed in a family room with two 1.8-meter beds. The room was really big; we could lay out all our suitcases with no problem at all, there was plenty of space. The location is pretty good too, very close to all the attractions. Even though we only had one day, thanks to the great location, we managed to visit all the popular spots. The room's cleanliness was also excellent, and the disposable toiletries were plentiful. The shampoo was surprisingly good; my hair wasn't greasy at all after washing. The hairdryer was powerful too; my hair dried in just a few minutes. The front desk lady's service was exceptionally good, very enthusiastic, and she recommended some delicious restaurants nearby that we all found to be good value for money. The soundproofing wasn't as bad as I thought; it was actually very quiet at night, and we slept really comfortably. There's breakfast right on the roadside upstairs with lots of local specialties, and they're all very affordable. Oh, and there are three washing machines and dryers, so plenty to go around, no need to queue. Zhenyue definitely added a lot of fun to our Xiamen trip!

The amenities were complete and convenient to use, showing great attention to detail. The service was warm, thoughtful, and prompt, which was very considerate. The location is convenient for both getting around and accessing local facilities. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, and it offered excellent value for money. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again.
