I chose this hotel for a layover; it's very close to the airport, just a five-minute bike ride away. The check-in experience was great, much better than I expected. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find food. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for an undisturbed night's rest. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and the front desk staff was efficient with check-ins and had a warm, friendly attitude. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay.

The room was okay, but it was really noisy! Did the cleaning staff only replenish the toiletries? It looks like they didn't even clean the room at all! This must have been left by the previous guest! The cleaner didn't even notice it!!! We were too tired from sightseeing to complain about it. All I can say is, your staff really lack a sense of responsibility!!!

Absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel: Terrible front desk service! The in-room Wi-Fi was abysmal! Deliveries can only be picked up from a shelf outside the hotel entrance! Honestly, besides the very kind security guard who helps with airport transfers, I can't find a single positive thing to mention. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!

The room lighting was very dim, and some of the lights were broken and hadn't been fixed. There were hairs on the towels and an unknown soap in the bathroom. However, the front desk staff had a very good attitude.
