To catch an early flight the next day, I stayed at this hotel a day in advance. It's super convenient as it's within walking distance. I didn't have high expectations for the hotel's environment, but it exceeded them – highly recommend! Facilities: The hotel lobby even has real-time flight information, which is a great touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help (we ask for coffee for on the way and no hesitation to give us). Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and felt very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! 😊

The room ambiance and breakfast were both good, and it's quite close to the airport. The only downside is that Ctrip showed the airport transfer fee as 5 euros per person, but it was actually 15 euros per person, which is a bit expensive.

Nice hotel with free parking. Staff are super friendly, with lots of smiling faces at reception and at the breakfast restaurant. Oh, the housekeeper folded up our pajamas into a dancing couple ! So lovely ! Warmest stay in our Austrian trip！ Location is between the historical town center and the Danube. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk in either direction.

Nice hotel with amazing view. Pool was too cold. and no Jaccusi so we didn't get to relax in such cold weather. Food was delicious but it would be nice if they can change the menu every day. Vegan & vegetarian friendly. No bathrobs or slippers in the room. we had to ask... The bathroom was missing amenities such as cotton swabs, body lotion, conditioner.

Searching Vienna Airport out of this hotel, I thought it was very close to the airport or there was a shuttle but there was no. The hotel staff said that they could help book a taxi but the price was more expensive than the online car. So if you want to go to the airport, this hotel is carefully considered. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the room facilities are clean.

Really nice hotel, everything you could need was includee and it was all clean. In a very convenient location with a supermarket to the right and the centre to the left. Also, views from the rooms were incredible and little noise disruption was experienced.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can just park your car at the hotel car park and walk around the old town, climb up to the Abbey and also walk around the park. It is just 1 hr away from the Vienna airport so this makes a good place to stay prior flying out.
