I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The room is bright and spacious! A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China! The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great! I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus. One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk.

The service truly lives up to its five-star rating; from the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and professional attitudes. Room service was also excellent; just a call to customer service, and staff would arrive promptly with a friendly demeanor. I also have to mention the hotel's environment. The landscaping is outstanding, with lush trees providing ample shade. We could access the South Lake scenic area just by scanning our room key, which my parents particularly loved. They couldn't stop praising it, saying they felt very comfortable staying here. Overall, whether it's the size, service, or environment, Nanhu Hotel is definitely worth the price. We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!
