Chose to stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake, and it was a wonderful experience with beautiful views and a pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing family trip. We had butler service, and our butler was incredibly attentive, following up on every detail. The service was impeccable, really top-notch! The room was very clean with excellent attention to detail, and the facilities were complete and in great condition. Highly recommend!

I had am amazing stay at Pingjiang, the staff and owner were really friendly and helping me with the language barrier through translation apps. The local breakfast menu was delicious and very healthy. Drinking green tea in the morning sun next to the channel was perfect. The rooms are very clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making my stay in Nanxun memorable.

I always make it a point to visit Hangzhou every year, and seeing the lush greenery by West Lake is always such a beautiful sight! Even with the bustling crowds around West Lake, you can still find a sense of peace and tranquility here. The Xizi Hotel is definitely worth considering for your stay. **Room Facilities:** The dark, reddish-brown furniture gives the room a grand and elegant feel. Welcome fruits and local snacks are neatly arranged in compartments. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, though overall, it feels a bit dated. **Value for Money:** The room rate is quite steep, but considering the hotel's stunning views, excellent service, and prime location, I still think it offers good value. **Breakfast:** The selection is incredibly rich and varied, and having breakfast right by West Lake is a lovely experience. There's a mix of Western and Chinese options, plus local Hangzhou specialties. You can definitely eat your fill, but it's best to go early, as after 9 am, you'll need to get a number and wait for a table. **Bed:** Just average. **Cleanliness:** We were initially given a room on the first floor which felt quite damp, and it seemed no one had stayed in it for a while. After discussing it with them, they moved us to a second-floor room, which had much better sunlight. **Parking:** They have a dedicated parking lot. **Room View:** Our room was quite far back, so the view was mostly of the mountain behind the hotel. **Location & Transportation:** The location is incredibly convenient. Leifeng Pagoda is right next door, and you can see its full panorama from the hotel. Across the street are Jingci Temple and Prince Bay Park. Bus 1314 stops right outside and goes directly to Lingyin Temple and other attractions. If you exit through the west gate, you're very close to 'Viewing Fish at Flower Pond'. We chose to take a boat from Majiawan Pier and explored Yuangu Bay, Turtle Pond, and Three Ponds Mirroring the Moon, experiencing a different side of West Lake. However, since the hotel is quite large, it's a bit of a walk to the main entrance. **Service:** The staff proactively shared information about the hotel with us – truly a testament to its renowned reputation. We interacted most with the shuttle bus drivers. When we mentioned it was our first time staying there, both the drivers and security guards enthusiastically told us about the hotel's features. A special shout-out to shuttle driver Xiao Mu, who waited patiently in the pouring rain for us to finish taking a night photo we wanted. There's also a building manager service for Building 2, responsible for managing the entire building, including check-in arrangements and turn-down service. The staff here are very thoughtful and attentive, and they even offered us some complimentary incense. **Swimming Pool:** There's a separate, heated indoor pool. **Gym:** The gym is located in a separate area. **Complimentary Activities:** 1. At 4 PM, a hotel guide takes guests on a tour of the entire hotel, providing explanations of sites like Pearl Spring and the G20 banquet hall (which isn't accessible outside of booked events, but it's very grand). We learned about the origins of the estate, saw the self-picking Longjing tea garden, and a quiet spot for playing music. The highlight was Building 1, offering a perfect view of Leifeng Pagoda and the building's harmonious composition. The tour lasts about 40 minutes. 2. A travel photography session. Each room receives five photos, which isn't really enough. If you want photo editing, it's an additional 5 RMB. Choosing more upscale costumes costs another 100 RMB. If you truly want some good photos, you might need to spend an extra 200 RMB or so. The photographer does guide you, but the pace felt very fast, and the overall shoot didn't feel very thorough, with the photos not being particularly outstanding. This is just my personal experience, though.

A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places.

Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Excellent Service: Superb Quzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

Staying at Greentown Blue Bay Building 2 this time, which is in the same building as the Sheraton. I was stunned as soon as I swiped my room card and walked in! The lake outside the balcony was an unbelievable shade of blue, like a glowing sapphire. The sunlight sparkled on the water's surface. Sitting on the balcony, lost in thought, watching the layered distant mountains, time seemed to slow down. You absolutely must come on a sunny day; the photos are stunning straight out of the camera, no editing needed!

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Superb Service: Fantastic The hotel is located right in Jinhua city center, surrounded by skyscrapers, and not far from Shuanglong Cave, making it the perfect choice for accommodation. The breakfast is rich and varied, clean and hygienic. It offers great value for money, though the kids' play area is a bit small, only a reading corner, which could be improved.

For this trip to Yiwu, I chose the Shangri-La, which is super close and convenient to the International Trade City! As a long-standing five-star luxury hotel, the Shangri-La did not disappoint! The hotel's location is truly excellent. The Yiwu International Trade City is just across the road, and there's a shopping complex right downstairs with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options – super convenient! This time, I booked a one-bedroom executive suite, considering that my child could do homework at the desk in the living room – it was the perfect choice! Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff, Evelyn, added me on WeChat and told me to contact her with any questions during my stay, which was very thoughtful! We ordered takeout several times during our stay. There's a fantastic selection of delicious takeout available around the hotel, so we couldn't resist indulging in some great food in our room at night. Each time, Evelyn kindly arranged for the robot to deliver our meals to the room, which was very considerate and convenient! I just messaged her directly for anything we needed replenished in the room, and she would immediately respond and arrange it! Five-star rating! The room was spacious, and the view from the high floor was absolutely stunning! Since it was an executive room, we also got to enjoy the executive privileges at the Horizon Club Lounge on the 37th floor. This stay was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose Shangri-La again if I have the chance to visit Yiwu!

Ella at the front desk provided incredibly warm, attentive, and highly efficient service! The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable. The absolute highlight was the breathtaking view from the window; overlooking the city lights at night was truly mesmerizing. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

The best thing about Xihu State Guest House is its excellent location and garden setting. The courtyard scenery is beautiful, and it's rich in history, making it very pleasant to stroll and take photos within the grounds. However, it still carries a noticeable 'old-school state-run hotel' vibe. The facilities are relatively outdated and don't quite keep up with the times: the bathroom fixtures are old, and the bedside speaker still uses an old iPhone connector, without Bluetooth, which feels quite obsolete. What's even more jarring is finding a '防疫包' (epidemic prevention kit) by the bed, which literally contained masks and wet wipes, making it feel like a dream back to 2021. Another detail was a bit puzzling: the kettle in each room already had water in it when we arrived. I called the front desk to ask if they had forgotten to empty it, and they said it was intentionally prepared but then casually mentioned we could pour it out if we weren't comfortable. Personally, I feel this detail is unnecessary and a bit overdone. Also, the booking page didn't mention an extra charge for children's breakfast, which we only found out upon arrival, making for a slightly uncomfortable experience. There are also fewer activities offered by the hotel; the garden buggy tour has been cancelled, so you can only wander around on your own. For this price range, considering the facilities and services, even with an impeccable location and environment, it still feels like it lacks a certain soul and quality that truly impresses. The value for money is just average.

SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

JJinsededadiThe room was absolutely five-star, and I even got a free upgrade to an Executive King Room, which was fantastic! The cleanliness was satisfactory. The location is superb – just a short stroll to West Lake, and right outside the door is Wulin Night Market, making dining, staying, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Because it's close to a bustling area, it can be a bit noisy, but that's part of its charm. The service was quite good, though the lobby could get a bit noisy with people coming and going. There were a couple of minor oversights when things got busy, though; I was told there would be a welcome fruit platter when I booked through Ctrip, but it never arrived, even by check-out. It's not a big deal, and I understand. My child really liked it here, though, so I guess we loved the place for their sake! (The photos I took aren't of the room interior, but of the hotel exterior, the night market entrance, the unique lobby layout, and the night view from the window…)

HhelengaoOur four-night stay at InterContinental Qiandao Lake exceeded expectations. A big thank you to Ms. Ye and Ms. Zhao at the front desk for providing us with the utmost assistance within their means, allowing us to fully experience the beauty of the InterContinental's surroundings. The hotel itself is like a large garden. Both the mountain view and lake view rooms offer stunning scenery. We'd also like to thank the housekeeping staff; not only did they clean meticulously, but upon seeing we had a child, they provided even more thoughtful service. And to the restaurant staff, thank you for the delicious breakfast and dinner. Qiandao Lake Scenic Area is beautiful with fresh air. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe service was warm and attentive, and our dedicated butler, Kit, responded promptly. The breakfast was plentiful, the pool was clean, and there's a gym. The surrounding area is quiet and tidy, and it's conveniently located near a metro station. The room facilities are complete; though a bit dated, they are still perfectly functional. Overall, a good experience.

ZZaeraFinally found my dream mountain hot spring B&B, hidden deep within Anji's vast bamboo forests. The minimalist black architecture stands out strikingly amidst the lush greenery. Check-in was super smooth; the butler proactively helped with luggage. The private hot spring in the room was perfect – soaking in the warm water while watching the mountain mist and swaying bamboo shadows, and even stargazing at night. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from Yunshang Grassland, so after skiing, you can relax in the private hot spring – a double dose of healing! The service details were impeccable, they even delivered warm sweet soup to my door as a goodnight treat. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserI have to commend the hotel's butler service; it's truly seamless and incredibly thoughtful. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, catering to both relaxation and excitement, and they are all meticulously arranged with dedicated staff accompanying guests, making our stay at the hotel truly fulfilling. Wendy contacted me a day before check-in and even saw us off at the hotel entrance when we left, presenting us with a small hotel gift. This made us feel incredibly warm and cared for, adding greatly to our overall experience during our stay. My best friend and I both agree that the hotel's service and experience deserve full marks. The hotel's dining is also excellent, with carefully selected ingredients and exceptional quality control. I'm planning to bring my parents here for a visit next time; it's definitely worth repeat visits.

AAnonymous UserI booked two identical rooms. One room proactively received the complimentary fruit (which was included in the package), but for the other room, I had to call and ask for it. For one of the rooms, despite being booked for two people, only one breakfast was prepared (also part of the package). I had to call the front desk during breakfast to get the second one. The service level is definitely not what I'd expect from an InterContinental hotel. The hardware, however, is excellent. The standard room during the off-season was great value for money, and the space felt quite ample. Breakfast had a good variety, and the lake view was absolutely stunning.

MM702023****A big thank you to the butler and hotel staff! From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

GGuest UserThe resort is absolutely beautiful, and so peaceful. You’re tucked away in a private oasis. The furnishings are very old-school five-star luxury hotel but with apparent wear and tear. But it’s not too severe and absolutely forgivable for me given the beauty of the location. There’s a restaurant in the resort that has delicious food. Service is excellent too. I was welcomed by a very friendly Simon who walked me to my accommodation and introduced the place to me. If only there was a spa available then it would’ve been perfect!

XXiaoqiqi88The environment is beautiful; you can take great photos anywhere in the hotel. The service at the front desk and restaurant was good—they were very responsive to all requests. However, the spa service was very poor and lethargic. Once I brought it up, though, they immediately improved, which shows it was an attitude problem, not a skill issue. After my treatment, they gave me a feedback form, and thinking about how hard they work, I just marked everything as very satisfied. The room was spacious, but the sofa was uncomfortable. The pool was too small, and the jacuzzi was broken, which doesn't fit the positioning of a resort hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with a rich variety and good flavor.
