The hotel is definitely the best option in Borjomi. Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties. Also, I really enjoyed the pool and spa, variety of saunas and everything was clean and tidy. But there were some flaws unfortunately: the hotel didn’t provide the bed I requested, the room was quite old and tired with air conditioning barely working. And finally, the bath robe was dirty. But can recommend anyway.

This was our first time staying here. We booked a deluxe room with a mountain view. We were able to check in an hour early, which was great, so thank you to the hotel for that flexibility. The room had a huge bed, clean linen, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It's clear the hotel isn't brand new and wasn't built yesterday – some of the furniture is a bit worn and there were stains on the carpet. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, and overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was included and offered a really wide selection: several types of cheese and porridge, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurts, vegetables (you could make a Greek salad), various sausages and cold cuts, canned tuna, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, blinis, pancakes, coffee, juices, nuts, croissants, about 5 kinds of jam, and even pasta in the morning. In my opinion, that's a huge variety! The breakfast assortment was more or less the same every day, but we didn't get tired of it, and everything was delicious. A massive bonus is the extensive green grounds with ancient fir and pine trees – there's plenty of space to walk around. There's even a Borjomi mineral water spring right on the property. The hotel also has a swimming pool, saunas, and spa treatments. The hotel is a bit further out from the main town of Borjomi, but for us, this was actually a plus as it meant fewer crowds. If you want to go into Borjomi town, you can take a taxi or walk a couple of kilometers. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I come back to Borjomi, I'll definitely be staying here again!

The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was new and clean. It's a great option if you're driving, and offers excellent value for money.

-It is very clean, and the location is perfect its close from all activities. -No mirror in the room except small one at the bathroom -(No shatafa)

Overall, it's a decent hotel that allows pets, for which we're especially grateful. Cons: Breakfast was included when booking, but upon arrival we learned it wasn't included, nor was it available for an extra fee. The restaurant was under renovation. In the morning, a maid popped into the room without knocking.

A really wonderful hotel! The location is super, many great attractions are very close and everything is convenient to reach. The restaurant and the bar are also very recommended. I would like to highlight particularly the friendly and helpful staff. We have felt very well here and would come back at any time. Absolute recommendation!

The hotel was certainly super, but has not been maintained for a few years and is slowly disintegrated. This starts with a bathroom door falling from the doorstep or a stick stick to the wall and continues with uncovered water spots on the wall and many non-functional areas in the SPA. The hotel was cleaned up super, but it needed a housemaster with more budget to make repairs. The gas pipe was exchanged at our stay and there was no heating or hot water. This was not informed us in advance, only on request that the whirlpool would not be heated. This lack of communication is not okay. We have received a refund for staying of trip.com.

This hotel really makes us like ❤️ very much. The boss family is particularly enthusiastic, even if they don't speak much English, they will patiently communicate with us with mobile phone translation software. The whole process is very warm, making people have the same intimacy and security as returning home. The location of the hotel is really great! Walk about 200 meters is the starting point of Cable Car. After taking the cable car, it is the gate and commercial street of National Park , which is very convenient to travel. There is also its own Bar and restaurant in the starting point, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and the food is better than expected. We especially like the fruit wine, fried chicken, and some local specialties, which are worth trying. The whole stay was very pleasant and it was a hotel that would make people feel ”warm between people.” We really like it here and will choose here next time we come to Borjomi!
