"I genuinely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Racecourse. Everything was just so well done—the rooms were clean, the amenities were great, and the service was totally premium. Plus, getting that view of the racecourse was such a nice touch. It’s in a really sweet spot, too. You can easily hop on the metro or head over to Majestic, and places like Cubbon Park and UB City are super close, even though the airport is a bit of a drive. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so nice. Overall, such a great vibe. I'll definitely be back!"

"We recently stayed at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru to celebrate my mother's birthday. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and there were several things the hotel did well. The check-in process was smooth, the reception staff were courteous, and we genuinely appreciated the effort the team put into decorating the room with balloons and a cake for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a higher floor. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration special. However, what stood out was that many of the small details expected from a luxury brand like Taj were missing. Luxury hospitality is often defined by consistency in the little things. While walking through the corridors, several staff members passed by without even a smile or a simple greeting. It may seem minor, but these small interactions are what create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At other luxury hotels such as Oberoi or St. Regis, the staff consistently make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get that feeling here. There were also several oversights with the room setup. The room was booked for three guests, yet only two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, and one bathrobe were provided. We had to call housekeeping for additional amenities. Again, it's a small detail, but these are the small things that guests naturally expect at this level of hospitality. The Locker rooms just had towels with no bath robes and slippers. Clearly it's cost cutting and any experienced traveller would feel that. Breakfast was not up to the mark as well. I usually start my morning with soup, which is commonly available at many luxury hotel breakfast buffets. When I politely asked if soup was available, the response was simply, ”We don't serve soup here,” rather than offering a warm or helpful alternative. None of these issues individually ruined our stay. In fact, the birthday arrangement and reception experience were genuinely appreciated. But when you're staying at a property carrying the Taj name, it's the attention to detail that makes the experience exceptional. Those details were unfortunately missing throughout our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the foundation is clearly there. With better attention to small touches and more consistent guest interaction from the staff, the overall experience would better reflect the luxury reputation that Taj is known for."

"We had a really bad experience with our first hotel which was oakwood whitefield (please don’t book oakwood! I was trapped in elevator for 15 min and didn’t get any apologies or acknowledgment from the staff and general manager) Palm meadows on the other hand were awesome from start to finish. We came very early but I think the receptionist saw how distraught we were and allowed us to do early check in. All throughout they have been really helpful. The room had black out curtains so we had such good sleep. Very worth it for the price."

"A comfortable restaurant with good breakfast. The expansive direct sunlight is a great start to the day. Many restaurants in the hotel offering different selections. Very comfortable rooms. The location is rather hard to get out during peak hours. But highly recommend."

"Pros: rooms are spacious con: very few staff on housekeeping, restaurant and reception. Teams are not trained. Buffet breakfast and dinner are tasteless and of average quality. Chef’s are not trained, sambhar made like dal and neither looks like sambhar nor taste like it. Food is worth not spending any money. I asked for iron board in room and housekeeping took one hour to give with excuse that we don’t have enough iron, poor management."

"It was convenient to locate the hotel from Bangalore airport. The checkin was smooth. The rooms are very clean but very small. The yellow signature colour of bloom hotel can be seen everywhere. Their breakfast didn’t have much options but ok."
