Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Northeast China, offering incredible value for money (especially compared to Central Street). The location is super convenient, with a mall right downstairs. You don't even have to step outside to enjoy a variety of cuisines (which is a huge plus given how cold it gets in winter!). I highly recommend Lao Chang Chun Bing. The supermarket on the B1 level has all the Harbin specialties at great prices and guaranteed quality. Since we rented a car, we got free parking vouchers every day. The room was very spacious, and our whole family was really happy with it. I definitely recommend it to all my Southern friends! I saw some reviews saying the facilities didn't match the photos, but I didn't find them old or outdated at all – you can totally dismiss those worries. Our little one loved taking a bath every day… After freezing while admiring ice sculptures and playing in the snow all day, a warm bath at night was just heavenly!

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

The room is clean and bright, the equipment is new and easy to use. Although it is located in a busy city, the room is very quiet and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the Central Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient for visiting the night market. It is not far from the Cultural Street Morning Market and the Russian Food Street. The service is warm and thoughtful, and it feels like home.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Central Street, making it super convenient for getting around. They offer complimentary congee and steamed buns, plus delicious frozen pears and frozen persimmons. The only downside is that the room is incredibly small – I couldn't even fully open my suitcase. Luckily, they gave me a room with a balcony, otherwise, there would be no space for my thick coats.

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

My stay at Shangri-La Harbin was fantastic, and it significantly boosted my impression of the Shangri-La brand. Before coming, I saw some reviews mentioning it was a bit old, but honestly, while the facilities aren't brand new, they are incredibly well-maintained, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The most important thing, though, was the impeccable service. One day we had to leave very early for an outing and would miss breakfast. When the hotel found out, they packed us two breakfast boxes, complete with both dry and wet items, and even hot congee! What really touched me was receiving a birthday cake (I hadn't mentioned it at all, the hotel sent it proactively). This surprise truly moved me and made me feel like the hotel genuinely cares about every guest. A big thank you to the lovely Lang Yuqi from the Horizon Club for this wonderful surprise.
