Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service stood out as truly exceptional—every member of the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. They generously provided plenty of disposable body towels, facial towels, and even warming patches, which we found incredibly thoughtful. Our whole family was delighted by the breakfast each morning; every dish was flavorful and prepared with care. A special mention goes to the supervisor, Yanhua Huang, whose professionalism and personal touch made a real difference. She paid close attention to each guest, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented yogurt—a gesture we truly valued. Our room was cozy and inviting, allowing us to rest very soundly each night. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just a short walk from Central Boulevard and the beautiful Saint Sophia Cathedral in Harbin. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and left with fond memories of our time there.

Convenient parking downstairs, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The room matched the pictures perfectly, with excellent facilities and a fantastic environment. The price was also very reasonable, even in winter. Plus, there are malls and local eateries nearby. Seriously, this hotel is a hidden gem!

The location is quite convenient, and all the staff are well-trained. From the bellhop who helped with luggage at the door, to the front desk, housekeepers, and restaurant staff, everyone was very friendly and kind. The room itself felt like a palace with an exotic flair. I loved the sensor lights from the bedside to the vanity; it meant I didn't have to turn on the main lights when going to the restroom at night. Even during peak season, it was well worth the price. Harbin is so cold that outdoor activities are limited each day, so choosing a comfortable hotel is key. I hope they continue to improve and wish them great success in their business. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

Really amazing our experience staying and this hotel.. the food , the clean, and also the position from shuttle bus is very near.. our daily here very fun, they also provide someone to help us and i think it more likely private guide and single point of contact of anything you need.. we gratefull we got little brother the name is xiao chen.. he is very helpful in everything, help us to book like ticket show and photo, help us to communicate with local people… even thought he’s english not very good but he willing to use translator to make all the communication running well.. he also don’t mind to accompany us to play.. or sometimes just waiting for us… really appreciate his help during our stay there.. we are having a good time in our winter holiday.. for the hotel the owner also kind, help full, feels like home.. when the time to go the old lady say bye to us and help to fix your clothes as well.. feels like your mom take care of you when you leave the house.. i already falling in love with this hotel and also definitely if someday i go again to this place.. i will stay again in this hotel and the important things i want to guide by xiao chen again… Thanks guys for make our experience in xuexiang is unforgettable 😘😘😘😘😘😘

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The absolute highlight of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location! The subway and direct shuttle buses are all nearby, and getting a taxi is quick and easy. It was especially great to take a direct shuttle from the Ice and Snow World back to Central Street, and then it was just a short walk back to the hotel. Seriously, don't sacrifice convenience for a slightly larger room or subway access when choosing a hotel. In the freezing cold of Harbin, even a 10-minute walk can feel impossible. At least the roads around Central Street are cleared of snow and not slippery. Next up, the service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The front desk staff are all super enthusiastic and always provide attentive service. There are also various snacks and fruits available 24/7 for guests to help themselves to. Regarding soundproofing, the room type I stayed in was very quiet, with no noise at all. Although it was a bit small, it was perfectly sufficient for one person.

Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

I have to give a huge shout-out to Manager Xiao Jing at the Shangri-La Hotel Harbin! From check-in inquiries to responding to our needs, she was incredibly patient and meticulous, professional yet genuinely caring. She really made our entire trip feel warm and wonderful – truly amazing! We were traveling with a child, and Manager Xiao Jing even offered a complimentary kids' breakfast. At check-out, she gave us a souvenir little tiger. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Harbin!
