Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

The location here isn't far from Central Street, making it easy to walk all the way to the Songhua River. For solo travelers, it's a great place to meet like-minded travel enthusiasts and create unforgettable memories.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Harbin Train Station (and metro station). It has also several cozy cafes within walking distance. The shower is a bit small and only offers 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo. Overall, it was a good fit for easy access to the metro, cafes, and train station.

Our stay far exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and bright, the service was professional and attentive, and the location was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, and it was great value for money with convenient parking. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The experience was absolutely fantastic! The service, facilities, and cleanliness were all top-notch. It's super convenient with a subway station right downstairs. The facilities are brand new, the layout is very well-designed, and the view is also excellent! [Strong][Strong][Strong] The service attitude was exceptionally good. We've stayed at many hotels, and this one truly made us feel the best. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming.

I stay at this hotel every time I travel for business. It's naturally clean and well-kept, and the rooms are fully automated, which suits my preference for not moving around too much.

One of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

An absolutely fantastic experience! Since I was taking a train to Fuyuan, the hotel generously allowed me to leave my car in their free parking lot two days in advance after some discussion. The room was huge! I had originally booked a king-size bed room, but because the river view was only available in twin rooms, they kindly upgraded me. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it!
