Hotels With Parking in Heilongjiang, China

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and there were so many hotels to choose from. I ended up picking this one mainly because of its excellent location; it's super close to Stalin Park and Central Street, easily walkable. Plus, the riverside view from the hotel is lovely. The hotel service was prompt and friendly. The staff, especially the 'princess, please get in the car' service (I assume this refers to a special concierge or greeting service), was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and services. Very impressive 👍 Breakfast was bountiful, the environment was good, the facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the food itself was excellent. The service was great too, and the breakfast side dishes were particularly good. 👌 It was a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.

Facilities: Well-equipped and complete. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Comfortable and cozy. The front desk staff upgraded us to a family room, which was perfect for traveling with kids or a family of three. Service: Attentive and detailed. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. Self-service afternoon tea: A good variety of teas, but the snacks could be improved.

This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

The room was spacious, and it's right by Daoli Vegetable Market and St. Sophia Cathedral. There's also a bus stop right outside, and Central Street is just a five-minute walk away, making everything super convenient. The temperature was perfect too. We stayed at this place for our entire trip, didn't even bother moving to another hotel!

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 days during my trip to Harbin. Upon arrival, the staff warmly helped us with our luggage and took it to our room. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and our requests were quickly addressed. I initially booked one day less on Ctrip by mistake. When I went to extend my stay yesterday, my original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff kindly showed me two other room types, and I ended up switching to a room with a courtyard, which I'm very happy with! Both room types were very quiet at night!

Very satisfied with a hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The surrounding facilities are complete. Wanda Plaza is downstairs. It is very convenient to live here to eat, drink and play. There are free drinks in the room. The front desk staff is very warm.

I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

The front desk sister's service attitude is very good, the cleaning aunt will take the initiative to ask if you need to clean. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. There are many shops around. It is very convenient to eat or order takeaway. There are takeaway robots that can be sent upstairs ～. Other facilities of the hotel are also very convenient. There are two elevators in different locations in the building, as well as a laundry room, two LG washing and drying machines inside, and washing powder is also provided. There is also a breakfast room and gym on the second floor, but their hotel's breakfast is really not good hahaha
