Amazing hotel! It is located in the famous Northern Kazakhstan resort area - Borovoye (Burabay) - right at the lake shore. It has its own beach area with all the facilities for the water sports and activities - paddling boards, boats, aqua park. The hotel facilities also catch guests imagination - two swimming pools (warm pool outdoor and indoor pool), three saunas (hammam, Russian and Finnish) - outdoor rope park and climbing wall. Hotel park is an amusing place for a walk - gorgeous vegetations, fountains, benches, arbours. Sport centre offers a wide selection of the equipment for a relaxing travelling around - Scandinavian walking sticks, bicycles, scooters, quadricycle (most for free). Rooms are very nice and cozy and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. Very good restaurants with a wide selection of the national and international cuisine. Definitely come back there again and not for once!

We had a wonderful weekend in this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Thank you for the evening with live music. That it didn't really like so muted water in the pool and there is no possibility to go anywhere to go, also cosmetics in the cans are not very convenient, but also the turning of the room after departure it is already some residue ... But it didn't spoil our rest. Staff are welcome. Recommended 100%.

Great hotel. The claim that it's a bit dated doesn't seem quite right. The location is first-class – water, forest, mountains. The food is excellent. A visit to the Krim sauna is an absolute must. Would definitely come back anytime.
