"This is the first time I have encountered an accommodation with no service from check-in to check-out. I never saw the front desk or other staff. There were only the kitchen staff who informed us that breakfast was over, and the cleaning staff who rudely drove us away. Apart from them, there was no other staff. The hotel was gloomy and eerie. The facilities are simple. It is close to the train station, but the specific location is a bit hard to find. The check-in time is very strict. There is no breakfast at 9 am, which is too challenging for people who are on the road the day before. It is equivalent to wasting meal money. The cleaning staff at 10 am is very rude to drive people away, knocking hard on the door and pushing it open. I will not stay here again, and I will also tell friends I know to avoid it. If you have more choices, don't stay here"

"I stayed in Zug for one night before doing the Stoos Ridge hike. What a charming city & a perfect hotel ! Immaculate, historical, quiet & very welcoming and friendly staff Breakfast was great ! I was traveling solo and this hotel was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station, and less than 5 minutes to the lake. Highly recommend !"

"I travel to Zug, Switzerland a lot and had to book a Vision apartment because all hotels were booked up due to an event and I was booking short notice. It was expensive. I had googled in advance to see if it had aircon, given i arrived during a heatwave and had booked the cheapest room and google seemed to suggest it did (but to be fair I accept that is not the fault of Vision apartment and I should have called them direct in advance). The room (a 'mini') was so small it felt more like a sweltering capsule, and I arrived late in the evening. Other occupants were shouting and singing loudly when I arrived and I immediately wanted to leave. There were barely any plug sockets to charge a phone or laptop and it was too hot to work. I sat there until I could find a late night no show in a nearby hotel then left and will not go back."
