"No English speaking staff, very slow service yesterday I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for the receptionist to hang up the phone so I could be attended . Hotel is not close to the city center, making it necessary to use Uber or taxis, which are almost never found. We arrived tired at night after a long day , I saw that my room wasn't tidy and I asked reception and they told me that rooms are only tidied every three days. After much insistence I managed to get my room cleaned the next day. I really don't recommend this hotel, maybe the ideal would be to stay in a larger hotel from a well-known chain."

"This is the best hotel in Zakopane by far. Amazing location just a block from Main Street. Its just a hidden gem! Hotel Rooms have amazing view on the mountains and one of the best restaurants in town. Must try their pizza in restaurant downstairs! Spa facility has amazing ambience and every room is professionally decorated. If you are looking for a luxury place to stay in Zakopane Aparthotel is definitely a place for you. I highly recommend for couples and family vacation!"

"We stayed at Magnat Inn for almost a week in September. The room was nice and clean, we had a balcony and the bed was comfy. Breakfast every morning was something different and it tasted delicious. There was also a choice of bread, hams and cheese and fresh coffee. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will certainly return. The owners were very helpful and nice to chat to as well. It's around 15 minute walk into the main town which we knew about when booking and its a nice leisurely walk."
