Staff were very friendly. Good car parking. The main reason for losing a point is it really could do with a lounge area and neither of us were particularly fond of the traditional Polish breakfast."

"Two girls stayed here! The location is within walking distance of the main street, so it's not bad. As is the case with most European hotels, shampoo and conditioner aren't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. The room had two beds and felt quite spacious. The exterior and interior were a little dated, but nothing particularly bothered me. The food was buffet-style and plentiful, so we were very satisfied. 😊 This hotel is located on a slight hill, so we had to climb a fairly steep hill to get there, which I remember being a bit tough lol. The hotel staff were also very helpful, so if you're visiting Zakopane, I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel was very pretty and clean. The breakfast was a bit poor. The air condition kept opening every time we closed it. It was very cold but the air condition kept going even tho we closed it. "What a lovely house this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's fully equipped with all conveniences, even for 4 people. Though, in our opinion, it might get a bit cramped with four, it's certainly doable. Checking in via the side door went smoothly, and finding the apartment entrance was also easy. We could dispose of our rubbish in the shed. However, there were no bins, just bags that had been torn open by animals. That was a bit of a downside. Sleeping was fine, but the streetlights shine through the curtains. Would blackout curtains be a good option to hang here? The towels could be hung on hooks, but they don't dry easily that way. Perhaps a rail where you can hang the towels? These are just suggestions, of course. Thank you for your hospitality in your home."

"This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitely come back next year. The new renovated rooms are spacious and tasty decorated. Wellness centre is fantastic however there are a few issues there. No one cleans the water off the floor and it is slippery and dangerous. It would be nice to spread lavender or eucalyptus scent in all saunas. Last thing is to supply chairs and drying rack on the balcony. Breakfast was very good , dinner buffet good however selection not big enough. Shuttle to the town is great but runs till 5 pm unfortunately. Overall we really enjoyed our stay ."

"Hotel has a good location. Rooms were ok, fine for our needs and as a base for skiing. Small pillows and duvets but extra pillows asked for at reception who were always friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Hotel corridors always too warm for us but we regulated our room temperature by having the balcony door slightly open. Pool and hotel tub were decent. Would stay again. Some very nice restaurants within a short walk."

"The rooms don't have air conditioning, so I wouldn't recommend going there on a hot day. It's supposedly nice, but it's a makeshift experience. A plus for the pool, but it was strange that you have to go to the outside corridor and pass the bar to get to the saunas instead of going through the direct passage. It's great that there's bowling, air hockey, billiards, and table football. At breakfast, the small spaces between the tables made it difficult to maneuver with food. The mountain views are fantastic. The place has potential, but small but important details affect comfort and the final experience. Oh, and don't be surprised, there's a church just across the fence 😉"

"It was a nice property in terms of location and facilities, but Staffs were focusing on getting the money more than customer satisfaction, we faced more than issue and they were not cooperative, l'll mention two as examples, 1- they've rejected to let us check out at 12 pm and they insist to let us leave at 11:00 while next check in time at 3 pm, most properties in the world have the check out time at 12:00 pm. 2- They deducted 1000 PLN for small paint defect which not costing even 200 PLN, will attach the photo for people to judge."

"We were 2nd time staying in Forma Tatrica and unfortunately it is a huge contrast as quality is going down or we were really not lucky. We got an apartment with strong cigarettes smell 😔 When we asked to switch it, we were told, no other apartment available during our stay, it was neither possible to get a refund nor a discount (paid 600EUR for 6 nights). In that situation receptionist was extremely unprofessional and arrogant: he kept repeating he can not help in any way, he walked in our rooms with his shoes, was pretending he has running nose, suggesting to spray some scent on top of the cigarettes smell, he didn’t know when the manager will work and she can’t speak English etc. It was truly disappointing, like “talking to a brick wall” 😔 Next day we talked with another receptionist, lady was really nice, yet after she talked with manager we got instant coffee and invite to use jacuzzi for free as an excuse. Would sound nice, yet just take a look to jacuzzi (see pic attached). Once we told we are checking out, finally we were offered a new appartment. Yet it was too late as we had to book another hotel after half a stay as cigarettes smell were already soaked in towel, clothes and hair."
