As the hotel is still relatively new, everything is in excellent condition and feels clean and modern. We booked connecting rooms at a very affordable price, which was perfect for our family. The only downside is that the hotel’s designated parking lot is about a 5-minute walk from the property, which may be slightly inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. As with most APA Hotels, there is a relaxing onsen available for guests, making it a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, especially for families or groups looking for comfortable accommodation in a convenient location."

"Traveling as a group of three, we had to book an additional room. Exiting JR Tottori Station North Exit, you'll see Maruyu Department Store across the street, and Morris is located right behind it. This hotel offers an incredible array of complimentary amenities: free drinks and snacks, free laundry and drying facilities, free hot spring baths with massage chairs, and even free ramen for dinner! What really blew us away was the massive collection of free manga to read, though most of it was in Japanese. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. While the room was a bit small, it was still very comfortable. The breakfast was quite substantial for a hotel of this caliber, and the restaurant's ambiance was very pleasant."

"It's about a 75-minute walk from the train station, but I think hotels in the northern part would be more convenient, as the North Exit is closer to the main bus routes, making it easier to get around."

"I used this hotel for the first time when I went on a business trip to Tottori. The outside was under renovation, but the inside was very clean and they gave me water as a welcome drink. I rented a smoking room, but there was no smell and it didn't feel like a smoking room. I was able to stay very comfortably. There is also a parking lot, which is very convenient. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."
