"This time, I brought my elders back to our hometown for ancestor worship. We booked three standard rooms. The rooms were newly renovated, well-laid out, and very well-ventilated and quiet. The rooms also had a Xiaodu smart control system and multi-port chargers. It was my first time seeing a disposable kettle, which was a nice touch. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the shower came with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion – all the essentials! The bay window even had a Kung Fu tea set, small cookies, and hawthorn cakes, which really showed off the thoughtful service in Xiaoyi. The front desk staff were super nice and enthusiastic. They arranged free parking, provided bottled water, helped us cancel breakfast, and processed deposit refunds quickly – they were always happy to help with any request! Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time."

The bedsheets were a chronicle of past guests' stains, the pillowcases bore the marks of sleepwalkers' journeys, and the bathroom doorknob was so rusty it seemed to hold memories of scraped-off iron. The TV and exhaust fan played dead in unison, making me wonder if I'd stumbled into a nostalgic museum showcasing relics from the 90s. The breakfast buffet was an even greater marvel. Each person received a single egg, handed out by a server whose gaze was as resolute as someone issuing identity papers. My brain glitched as I held my buffet plate, only to turn and see two eggs nestled on a 'regular' guest's plate at the next table. It was then I understood: this 'buffet' was allocated by local residency, leaving outsiders to digest this absurdity on their own. The front desk staff, to their credit, were friendly. When I asked to switch rooms, she instantly gave me an identical one. This gentle replica felt like performance art. At 11 AM, I went downstairs to grab some toilet paper. As soon as I reached the elevator, sounds of 'love' filled the air, so clear I could tell which farmer the protagonists were cosplaying. The hotel broadcasting guests' privacy like this was a first in my life. Poor hardware is poverty, poor software is attitude, and broadcasting privacy is just plain *reprehensible*. Life is a journey in reverse, and I am but a traveler. But after encountering this place, I only wish to walk backward. 🤧"
