"They had no water the first night of our stay, and they would not give us any refund in spite of this. And I mean NO WATER. No shower, no sink, no nothing. Truly terrible service, I called again after to request a refund and they told me they would call me back. They never did. In addition, they have a terrible cancellation policy. Do not recommend, an absolutely awful experience. Book somewhere else and save yourself the grief."
