"We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment."

"The reception lady was very nice and was also very nice every morning when we had breakfast. She remembered our room number and the breakfast was delicious. There were mushrooms and fried eggs, which were delicious. The room was also very comfortable and nice."

"Booked for an adults family room , but when we got there we were asked if we needed an extra bed bed put in the room for a n extra£45, and I asked why, I was told there was only 1 double bed in there, but I already pre paid for the room for 3 adults, ,but after awhile dispute with the manager they finally put the extra bed in the room at no cost, g to there is no fridge in the room and very limited wardrobe space , but if you need somewhere cheap for a night or 2, it’s ok, bed was comfortable"
