"The location is great, lot of good shops in the area within walking distance. Rooms are even better now as refurbished and really clean. Hannah the receptionist is amazing ,doing a good service and very helpful"

"Port Sunlight is a gem of a place loads of historic buildings and then this dive of a pub restaurant and hotel is in it. The food was over cooked and terrible to the point that I skipped breakfast the room was dated but not in a good way like the old buildings around it with characters but in the way that a cheap seaside B&B might be in need of decorating and modernisation. It had a cosy bed. They take your money from your card before you see the room for a reason. Though a strange transaction had been attempted on my card and I had to cancel my card so I then had to pay in cash due to their card machine being down in the hotel part of the inn. It said on the booking no children and yet a child was running around all night and in the morning. If it had been £30 to £40 it would of been worth it as it was it was double that price."
