"We've stayed in an apartment at Weissenhäuser Strand several times now. The location is nice, and there's no shortage of activities. However, that's pretty much where the positive aspects end. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. At night, you're kept awake by the noise level of intoxicated guests. Good service means addressing guests' concerns. But, just like our previous visits, our feedback was ignored this time as well. They're simply trying to make a quick buck off vacationers here. This was definitely our last time."

"After a few years our second time at White House. The bathroom is a dream that the entire facility of the resort top maintained and perfect for rest and rest. Compared to the previous stay (2022) significant change in the quality of the staff. While 2022 were all top trained without exception, it appeared this year rather like individual exceptions in restaurants, service and reception. Therefore, this stay has noticed some things that have a negative effect on the overall impression of such a high-price hotel. We would nevertheless come back. However, as parents, we would continue to recommend the resort only limited for a visit with children, as there is too little offer for them."
