"We stayed 3 nights in an Atlantis Suite. It was spacious with comfortable beds and a comfortable couch (not a sofa bed) in the living room. A door separated the bedroom from the living area. There were 2 reverse cycle air-conditioning units which kept the rooms toasty warm during our cold nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion is that the door lock tongues need to be lubricated because we had to keep slamming our front door to shut it. We heard our neighbours doing the same thing. We were pleased with our hotel choice with the rooms and the secure parking"

"The room is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an indoor swimming pool in the yard. The hotel is near the seaside, where there are many good restaurants. The hostess is warm and hospitable and will recommend you local restaurants."

"Walvis Bay is not a large town so hotels are not widely available. Nevertheless, given paucity of Hotels, this hotel did rate high on TA reviews. The car I had booked well ahead of time wasn’t there at the Airport. It wasn’t a good feeling to find yourself in a strange country all by yourself. I had to make a few expensive calls, since I had to use my phone which was on roaming, to the hotel. The hotel reception called the driver and had him return to pick me up. This is Africa so getting angry is a waste of time😤. Check in at the hotel was a breeze and this lovely young lady by the name of Kesia, took care of my check in and during my stay. The room was redone (or so I was told) but WiFi was spotty but usable. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the Bay. The only downer of the room was that water drainage of the shower seemed to be blocked so one had only a limited time to take a shower before the water overflowed into the toilet. I did complain to the Reception but I was leaving after 2 night so I told them to get it done after I’ve left the hotel. Breakfast was very nice but as being Africa, very dependent on beef. Since I don’t eat beef or pork, I’m always stuck with eggs. There was enough of fruits so I always had a very full breakfast on both days. I had dinner on my first night at the hotel and I must say, I enjoyed the lamb chop which was grilled to my liking and was very filling. Overall, a very nice albeit basic hotel (considering where I’ve stayed in) but very nice staff with a special mention to Kesia. She may just be the youngest team member there but always helpful and friendly. I hope the hotel keeps her there since the guests will always be in good hands."

"Beautiful place. the hotel staff are amazing, from the reception, restaurant and the ladies cleaning the rooms they are so welcoming excellent service I received from them. The room are big, clean with the perfect see view."

"We are finding it very difficult to make a booking and receive confirmation. Thereafter, it becomes equally challenging to obtain an invoice. It seems that the person answering the calls is not the same individual responding to emails, which results in a lot of back-and-forth communication without any positive outcome. We would appreciate it if this matter could be streamlined to ensure quicker and more efficient service going forward."

"For a city stopover this was perfect. Well positioned. We had a garage which led into a courtyard at the back of our unit. The bathroom is tight but kitchen/seating area spacious. The WiFi was intermittent swopping from one router to another, so YouTube viewing was not great. We felt that adding a braai in the courtyard and a few more kitchen utensils and equipment to attract the self catering market which generally stay for a longer period of time. It wouldn't cost much. The breakfast included was excellent and kitchen staff superb!"

"Warm welcoming, Friendly and helpful host. Enjoyed my time here. From the moment I stepped in until my last second, smiles were shared. Their rooms are spacious, with quality material. A nice work area and their bathrooms are really nice and big."
