"Hair dryer is not working, reception doesn’t response and try to help. Wait until morning and go to other room to use hair dryer"
Holiday Inn Express HOLLY SPRINGS - RALEIGH AREA by IHG ★★★
"Hotels, smell like pesticide, then ones arriving into my room I noticed there were ants all around in the corners at the bathroom and I’m in the bedroom. Asked to be changed from Room, which they did they switch me to another room"
Holiday Inn Express RALEIGH-DURHAM AIRPORT by IHG ★★★
"The room was large, clean, and free cakes and fruits were provided for guests who missed breakfast. The bus to the airport was very convenient, and there were free snacks available."
DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Midtown ★★★★
"The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and the whole place smelled so good! The gym was nice and clean as well! Thank you for a great and comfortable experience!"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Airport ★★
"Location was nice, being close to the airport. Room was clean, no complaints there. The front desk staff member gave the people who checked in after me, a key to my room. They tried to enter, but I had initiated the security lock. When I addressed this with the front desk staff, they shrugged it off as a normal occurrence for them. Facilities, the hotel looked as if it was modernized with its carpets and curtains. The room layouts were from the early 1990s, weird angels and pointless features."
Red Roof Inn Raleigh - North-Crabtree Mall/Lenovo Center ★★
"It was a decent stay"
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh - Cary ★★★★
"This experience is very good"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree ★★★
"Great location and very friendly service. The hotel is clean, but the facilities are quite dated and could really use some modernization."
Ramada by Wyndham Raleigh ★★
"This absolutely the worst stay of my life! Woke up to find roaches in the bathroom went to let front desk know..not only was he asleep...he got upset started yelling screaming and cursing at me...my husband tried to resolve the issue bc I couldn't bc I suffer from ptsd..only to have the clerk call my husband a N word and tell us we probably bought the roaches with us..then proceeded to tell us that if we don't like the room to leave right now...(it was 2am I had my 4 yr old..and live 4 hrs away)"

Holiday Inn Express & Suites RALEIGH NE - MEDICAL CTR AREA by IHG
"Gym room is not available"
The Umstead Hotel and Spa
"The room is spacious and comfortable, and the service attitude is super good! recommend!"
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Knightdale Raleigh
"I canceled my reservation hours after booking on Trip.com. The room was released and I requested a refund from the hotel, they referred me to the booking app I used. My refund was refused. The property may be lovely or may be horrible, I don’t know. The site I booked with presented the reservation as cancelable so I chose this option. I have learned the app presents reservations as cancelable and buries the NON-refundable part in the fine print. Buyer beware and do not reserve with Trip.com if you want to stay here."
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Raleigh Midtown
"Hotel was in nice location, very clean and everyone was helpful. "
Clarion Pointe Apex - Holly Springs

Hampton Inn Raleigh-Capital Blvd North
"Check in was a breeze. Bre at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is being renovated and we were checked into a remodelled room. For the price it was ok. Stayed there for 4 days. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel needs to look into getting exterminating services. Just remember you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again. If you want a cheap place to stay, this is the place."
Red Roof PLUS+ Raleigh Downtown - NCSU/Conv Center
"I love the red roof"
Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Crabtree Valley
"Environment: Putting these two together, the hotel is relatively old. After going upstairs in the elevator, the four of us stayed in four rooms, all near the end of the corridor on the right after the elevator. It can be said to be very, very noisy. The noise comes from two parts, the endless noise from the main road and the water heater on the roof of the 6th floor, which affects sleep too much. It is very, very bad. It is recommended that after the elevator goes up, the left side will be better. The right side is really impossible to sleep. It is too noisy and will never come."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Downtown North
"Very nice and clean service was good and breakfast was also ."
Super 8 by Wyndham Raleigh Downtown
"The hotel is clean."
