"Mediocre room quality. Very limited food options. No room service whatsoever. Also, beware of their shady practice of adding food bills AFTER you have checked out and paid. They even dare to WhatsApp you and ask for more money. Stay well away from this place. I was hugely disappointed. "

"I had a stay at the Royal Bharti in Vrindavan from 22-23 April and I would like to begin with the small details like improper cleanliness in the rooms. Also on asking for water from the room service, we were sent a person asking for any empty bottles that we had for filling of water and though I do appreciate the much needed concern for environment they could have sent glass or metal or other kind of sustainable material bottles or jugs and further on providing them with two empty bottles of water we had at hand we received back only one refilled bottle and the other was never to be seen again. Similar case of water conservation was also observed at the time of buffet breakfast where we were provided water in tiny paper cups and had to ask several times for refills and it was seldom forgotten. The parking space was tight and no proper lighting was provided in the lawn and driveway of the hotel. Overall it was an upsetting experience and the purpose of a relaxing stay couldn't be fulfilled due to the combination of several different factors."
