And the availability at reception of Daniele and other colleagues (the boiler also brought us to the room that is essential for me) in super operational and gentle way. "A perfect stay with a beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and views that go beyond amazing. Pool was large and welcoming with lots of shaded seating . We loved the beach in front of the hotel and swam in the warm waters. Breakfasts were delicious and presented beautifully. Staff were kind, friendly and served all needs and the ladies doing the room were sweet. The town is close with lots of easy parking and filled with wonderful restaurants and opportunities to stroll about."

"The pictures are fair, the hotel is conveniently located at the foot of the old town, and you can wander the whole place by foot. We took a double room with sea view. The room was nice and clean. Zero luxury. Beds OK. Small shower box but excellent shower. The wi-fi did not work in the master bedroom. We called the manager, and by the way he said he was going to call maintenance “tomorrow” we clearly understood he was aware for the problem, but unwilling to tackle it. Breakfast was fair, overall a good experience. Just be careful because the hotel is on the upper floor of a building so you have quite a steep staircase to go up. No parking on the premises."

"A terrible experience, rude staff, completely unwilling to accommodate the guest's needs. Specifically, I informed the property owner late in the evening, after arriving very recently, that the TV in the room wasn't working properly. I received a rude and arrogant response from the property owner. We arrived in the morning at 10:00 a.m. and went downstairs for breakfast, which was meager and poorly prepared. I asked for further information and promptly received an unclear and rude response. They informed us that the room had to be vacated urgently that morning (by 10:00 a.m.), an absurd request, given that I had agreed over the phone that I wanted a full stay, including breakfast and use of the pool for the day after my arrival. According to the owner's terms, if you can call them that, we could only use the pool by 12:00 p.m., and he was always rudely informed of this. Remaining calm, I decided to pack my things and leave, promising myself I'd never return. I absolutely do not recommend this facility as you are dealing with very arrogant and unprofessional staff."

"I was most impressed with this small and intimate B&B. Sympathetically restored building in a super position overlooking the town and resort of Vieste. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with air conditioning for those warm evenings. An amazing rooftop terrace where one can enjoy a cocktail before dining in the town. Giulio our host was friendly and informative, nothing too much trouble. Overall a great place to stay."
