"We trusr the Mercure brand, and this hotel is no exception. Indeed, the kind staff, the enjoyable restaurant and the well appointed rooms give fair value. Pleasing decor in our room, very good lighting in the bathroo, Accor's exemplary cleanliness standards, respectable sound proofing and excellent sleep comfort merit the four star rating. With a decent garage 50 yards away and a Speed Queen laundromat across a narrow street, it was an ideal location for us. Room rates are fair for a slightly older property in a small city. We would be glad to return."

Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom 🫧 The pool area is really very pleasant with deckchairs, tables and chairs available. The concept of the food truck for the aperitif is great! Varied and super good tapas! Quality breakfast: sweet, savory, hot drinks, juices... There is something for everyone! We will return without hesitation the next time we come to the region!"

"The room we had was very comfortable with a good size bed and good en suite facilities. However we had asked for a sea view and there was building work going on outside the hotel which we had not been told about and when we arrived there was the continual beeb of machinery outside the room. We had expected to eat in every evening of our stay, but the first night we were offered a menu other than that of the meal of the day which was set in a cabinet outside the hotel. The choice was limited and consisted of meat and fries - no salad or vegetables. We tried the hotel meal a couple of days later and whilst it tasted very good, we both had stomach troubles following it. The breakfast staff seemed very nonchalant and disinterested and food choice was limited. I am afraid I could not recommend this hotel"

"Stayed here one night en famille on the way to a vacation in the southwest of France. Reception welcoming, and check in very prompt. Room a very good size and well appointed, and a very decent breakfast the next day. Don't know much about the neighbourhood as this was only a stopover, but if I were around this way again, I'd definitely re-book."

"Lovely place to stay in beautiful Les Sables Why not 5 star. Car parking could be a nightmare as the many parking areas were invariably close to full, took a while driving around to find a place We could not eat at the bar as there were no lactose free meals Walking up to the entrance the ground and pavements were covered in fallen leaves which, in a venue like this, should have been zapped Bedroom was excellent but no USB sockets which again are expected in this standard of hotel"
