"Went here for an overnight stay, having eaten here many times. Everything was excellent from the welcome on reception, the room which was clean and very comfortable. It was my birthday so staff brought a beautifully presented place of fresh fruit to our room. As ever the restaurant was tranquil and the food delicious being served this time by Alberto who is always very attentive without being intrusive. When it came to nightcap he offered to bring to room. Breakfast served in the sunny and warm terrace by welcoming and helpful waiter. Couldn´t be more pleased with experience. We are lucky enough to live nearby so it we look forward to an overnight stay again in the near future. The price was also extremely competitive and certainly good value for money."

"We were forced to stay here as my wife booked it and realised she had made a mistake as we wanted a balcony , she contacted the hotel straight away and explained and of course was willing to pay the extra but their response was NO and there was no chance of a refund ( so be careful when booking ) The hotel is very small . Our room had a flip out table but only one chair we had to use the bathroom chair. The room could do with a kettle. We never used their cafe/ bar as we didn’t want to give them more money , we used local places so their loss The view from the window wasn’t much to shout about The rooms are very small . The power system is awkward as you have to hand your key in every time and that has the plastic card to keep the lights on so when you leave or enter the room While its dark you can not see anything, also the light switches for the stairs are not where the should be so again you are in the dark The maids do keep the rooms spotless though We wouldn’t go back as there are better places a few hundred yards away"
