"Not up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel! During my New Year's Eve stay at this property, I encountered numerous issues that led me to downgrade my overall rating. Positive aspects: • Central location: Strategic and well-served, ideal for exploring the area. Negative aspects: 1. Disorganization during dinner: The entrance to the "Hotel" and the reception area were filled with restaurant guests, with unpleasant odors of smoke and sweat, making access to the building and my room extremely unpleasant. 2. Persistent odors: Both the corridors and the room were filled with cooking odors, an unacceptable detail for a property of this category. 3. External odors: Opening the window did not improve the situation, due to the cigarette smoke coming from the restaurant entrance, located directly below my room. 4. Nighttime noise: The loud techno music, which continued until 2:30 in the morning, made it impossible to sleep. 5. Lack of Exterior Cleanliness: In the morning, the floor at the entrance to the property and the table area were littered with cigarette butts and filters, a detail that detracted from the breakfast experience. 6. Staff Professionalism: I observed staff members serving themselves from the guest buffet, which is inappropriate behavior for a property that advertises itself as a 4-star hotel. 7. Separate Management: The property's management has distanced itself from the restaurant, claiming it is not under their management. However, the website does not clearly highlight this separation. A 4-star hotel without a restaurant is highly questionable. Although I reported my concerns to management, the response I received was limited to justifications related to the "exceptional situation" of New Year's Eve. I was not notified in advance of the expected inconvenience, nor was any refund or discount offered for my current stay. The property offered a discount for a future stay, but, given my experience, I do not intend to take advantage of it. My request for a discount for my recent stay was ignored. Conclusion: Definitely not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel as it defines itself. I would say that it is technically a B&B that boasts itself as a 4-star establishment. The overall experience was disappointing and not in line with expectations. The lack of a restaurant under the direct management of the establishment and the many critical issues encountered confirm that it is an offering closer to that of a simple bed and breakfast, rather than a high-end establishment. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for those looking for quality service and an experience that meets the promised standards ⭐⭐⭐⭐. High price compared to what is offered. "There were many plants around, and many bugs crawled in through the windows. Later, I went to the front desk and was asked to change rooms. People in the rooms next to me were talking and laughing loudly in the middle of the night, without caring about the feelings of the surrounding tenants. The fragrance in the room was a bit pungent, and the accommodation experience was a bit poor."
