"I highly recommend this accommodation!!!!!!! As soon as I entered, the sound came out!!!!!! Of all the places I stayed, I liked it the most. The view was amazing!!!! This is especially a sunset restaurant. The accommodation is located at the top of a mountain, and when you go by car, the road is very tight, so you have to drive slowly. I guess this is why you need to rent a small car!!! Breakfast was delicious! You have to make a reservation for dinner, and overall the food was delicious! If you don't make a reservation, you look like the woman from Snowpiercer. The female employee sighs and looks upset. I'm not good at English, but she even gave me a kusari because I couldn't understand it.^^ I almost pretended to eat while eating. It must be my fault for not being able to speak English, right?!! Other than this, all of the hotel staff were lovely and friendly!! I said I know the original review well, but I'm leaving it because I hope you don't end up in a situation that makes you feel bad like I did!!!"

"Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!"

"⚠️ WARNING: Avoid the 3rd Floor in Summer – Dangerous Conditions ⚠️ We stayed in Room 1 (triple room) on the 3rd floor in early July with our 8-year-old child. The room was an unbearable 95°F (35°C) throughout the night. It was not just uncomfortable - it was dangerously hot and completely unfit for guests, let alone families with young children who are at risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. The tiny 3x3 window in the room let in no air at all. The hotel’s website shows rooms with large windows and balcony doors - but that is absolutely not what we were given. The bathroom was like a sauna, and we couldn’t even stand in it without sweating profusely. We lay on top of the beds, fans blowing directly on us, sweating through the sheets, unable to sleep. We messaged the hotel via WhatsApp as we were getting ready for bed (the number they gave us), and after 45 minutes with no response, we called. We were told there were no other rooms and that we’d just have to deal with the fans. That was it. It was so bad we considered sleeping in our car, but since that’s illegal, we suffered through the night until 6 AM and left for our next destination. We contacted the hotel several times afterward to request a refund, as the room was simply unlivable. We were repeatedly told they were “checking with the manager,” and then given an email address. Of course, the manager never replied. When we asked for a phone number, we were told: “We can’t provide that.” So if anything goes wrong during your stay, don’t expect any accountability or support. You’re on your own. If you are planning to stay here during the summer, CALL or WhatsApp the hotel in advance (+34 930 47 46 56) and insist you are not placed on the third floor. The conditions there are unsafe and they clearly know it, yet they still put guests there."

"Whoever seeks a good address to rest a few days happy, can certainly right here. Not only is there absolute rest, outside a little bit of sheep and dogs, but also the large cracknet rooms, the delicious breakfast and the friendly but very discrete and not impeccable management. It is a pleasant place on the pool and a good base for visiting the north of Mallorca. "

"This hotel is located just off of the center of town and is about a 5-10 minute uphill walk. I loved the location given the close proximity and that it had it's own parking lot. The breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from and the fresh juice in the morning was yummy. Our room was located just outside the pool area which made it so there were people outside your room in the afternoon. Not great but doable given we made a lot of day trips. This is not a high service hotel and my initial impression on walking in was not positive. This hotel is also not great if you have mobility issues. The hotel did grow on me the longer I stayed there and I think is a good value especially if you have a large group and need to be budget conscious."
