Highline Vail - a DoubleTree by Hilton
"Got upgraded to a better room with better view it was rly pretty"
Vail Residences at Cascade Village, Part of Hyatt
"We were torn between getting two rooms at the Grand Hyatt hotel and getting a condo at the Vail Residences. We booked the condo and it was the wrong call. I’m sure it varies by unit but we booked a 2 bedroom Platinum condo directly with Hyatt and we were given a 3 bedroom “Penthouse” unit that was in a building attached to the hotel by a walkway. The hotel itself was great, we loved the lobby bar, ate dinner at the restaurant, loved the live music and had great service. Having the condo attached to the hotel was also really convenient. The condo, however, was just a huge disappointment. There was a full-size bed (not even a queen) in the primary bedroom, and the other two rooms were both downstairs with twin beds. The decor throughout was early 90s modern—really weird given the mountain setting and just cheap looking, uncomfortable and badly decorated throughout. I know there are 3 different levels of condos, this one was “Platinum” and Hyatt should not be renting these at that (or any) level until they are at a minimum redecorated and possibly renovated (the gearing system was really old and impossible to figure out, bathrooms were weird, etc…). We considered moving to the condo next door and it was no better. That said, the hotel ambiance and amenities were great and had we just been in regular hotel rooms at the Grand Hyatt, we would have been fine."

Four Seasons Resort Vail
The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail
"The location is average, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the cable car, it is not tiring to slide in and out, the parking fee is 65 knives a day, and the hotel service fee plus tax is almost 70 knives a day."
One Willow Bridge Road - 4 Bedroom Penthouse
One Willow Bridge Road residence W27
Simba Run Vail Condominiums
"We had a comfortable stay at Simba Run for family of four. It had excellent amenities like full kitchen, washer/dryer, pool, gym, parking and ski shuttle. The only thing missing is blackout blinds or curtains. The service staff are very nice people and they are always available to help."
Bluegreen's StreamSide at Vail
Marriott's StreamSide Douglas at Vail
"Excellent out of vail location"
Eagle Point Resort
The Sebastian - Vail
Marriott's StreamSide Birch at Vail
"We recently stayed at Marriott's StreamSide Birch At Vail and were granted a late checkout. However, when we returned to our room before the agreed time, housekeeping had removed all our items, including food and drinks and personal items. The hotel manager initially promised compensation and a free stay but has since been unresponsive. This lack of follow-through is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor handling of guest issues and failure to provide promised compensation. We were not looking for anything more than a reimbursement for the items that were taken but we have had no follow through."
Vail's Mountain Haus at the Covered Bridge
Legendary Lodging at the Ritz Carlton Residences Vail, A Vail Resorts Property
"Unfortunately, our experience here was scarred by a theft that occurred while we were staying in one of the residences. As we were waiting for our room to be cleaned, we set down hats and gloves on one of the tables in the hallway. As we stepped outside to take a family picture with our family, when we came back a $450 Moncler hat was stolen. We were outside from 1:45-1:55 and there was a camera right above the table the hat was stolen from. We immediately brought the issue to management and they said they would check the cameras. After hearing nothing for four hours, we went back and asked again and the manager had forgot?? She then said that sometimes it takes security a long time to get an answer and we should have an answer in the morning. The next morning the same manager said she could do nothing about it and that we should hear from claims in the next week. Well, it's been a week and still have not heard from Ritz Carlton claims or security, and no one seems to want to respond or care? Very very very disappointed that a five star hotel would let this happen and not take any action or care about their guests. We heard from other guys that this type of thing has happened before as well there. Be aware!"
