"Stayed here for two nights in June. Very easy to locate on the main road through Triesen, but sufficiently far back to make it a very quiet experience. Reception friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely large with all mod cons you might expect and an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with good range of food and drinks available. Car parking plentiful and free. Decent cost and we considered it to be an excellent location from which to fully explore Liechtenstein."

When I left, I walked down the mountain through the residential area where every house was decorated with flowers, and I truly appreciated the quality of life of people whose per capita income is 11 times higher than that of Chinese people."

"I booked through Trip.com, and it mentioned self-check-in might be an option, so I waited at the reception from 3 PM, expecting staff to be there or arrive. But no one ever came. Losing patience, I asked some women chatting outside, and they turned out to be hotel staff. They told me check-in was entirely self-service. Resigned, I tried using the PC on the desk, entering my Trip.com reservation number and last name, but it kept saying 'no reservation.' I tried again slowly, with the same result. A TV screen showed a number to call for issues, so I called, bracing myself for international charges. The language options were English or German. Following the male staff's instructions on the phone, I finally managed to check in. But having to enter my passport number, phone number, and address was incredibly tedious! If I had booked directly with Trip.com, it would have been as simple as showing my passport at reception. I definitely won't be staying at this complicated and time-consuming hotel again!"

"The room was very clean, located in Vaduz, within walking distance of the post office and other city center areas. Check-in and check-out were entirely self-service. We arrived in the morning and wanted to store our luggage before exploring, and thankfully the friendly coffee shop staff helped us store it smoothly. We hadn't completed the full registration process, which was a little nerve-wracking, but when we returned in the evening, we used our room card to access the luggage room without any problems. Switzerland and Liechtenstein are very safe, and the people are very courteous. It's best to fill out the breakfast form completely; we didn't know this and filled out only a few items, so we had to rely on bread later. The buffet portion was small, but the breakfast was overall quite good. It would be better if the staff could remind us in advance. In short, the location is convenient, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and it's worth experiencing. Also, our room had a view of the castle from its balcony."
