"The room is old, dirty, has hair from previous guests. The building is far to walk, dragging luggage is inconvenient. There are sediment stains all over the shower and the bidet hose (so I asked to change the bidet hose and the technician came to change it). The bathroom ceiling is old and rotten as in the picture. The towels smell musty. The bed is uncomfortable. The smell of the wooden furniture is very irritating. The picture of the room is very different from the real thing. What a waste of money. 👎👎👎"

"Good afternoon! I'm currently vacationing in Pattaya. The Mera Mara Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Pattaya. We arrived on March 11, 2025. We checked in and everything was fine. Today, after 11 a.m., we went for a walk around the city. We returned from our walk in the evening. We went to our room and discovered that the safe was open. Our passports were, thank God, still there, but $600 was missing. We immediately went to reception. They're sorry, of course, but we're not above it. We'll contact anyone. We've gone to the police to file a report. Under no circumstances should you stay at this hotel. Run as far as possible from it. They're not resolving the problem. We have no idea what to do now. We're staying until May 26, 2025. Russian cards aren't working. We have no money. It's absolutely terrible."

The hot water in the bathroom worked, and enough toiletries were provided; there were no major issues. The staff's attitude was average. The price matched the experience, so it wasn't a bad deal. If you happen to be in the area for business or sightseeing, this hotel is a decent choice. There's nothing particularly outstanding, but nothing major to complain about either."
