"It's close to the scenic area, just a two-minute walk away, and free surface parking is very convenient. Check-in is easy with self-service check-in upon arrival, and you can even get a replacement key if you forget it. The air conditioning is a great feature, especially in hot weather. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within a ten-minute walk."

"The hotel is aging. The rooms do not have the advertised standard at all. The bedding really isn't great. Our room was in another building which required us to cross a courtyard for breakfast. The reception was really not up to par. Bad experience"

"The Petite Chateau de Barbizon was amazing! The restored chateau is both modern while retaining its grandeur. Our sleeping room was outstanding, comfortable and quiet. The antique furnishings add to the charm of the chateau. It’s the perfect location if visiting. @chateaufontainebleau or @chateauvlv."

"A hotel true to its category. It's very decent, with very pleasant and friendly staff. The exterior decor doesn't really inspire much... it's on the side of a highway and a commercial area. It's also a bit noisy, you can hear what's going on in the hallway, and if people who lack manners arrive, you'll enjoy their entire conversation. The snack bar isn't great. But hey, it's an ibis, if I'd wanted better, I would have paid more :)"

"The room was quite large, but it seemed to be an older building; there was a slight odor when we entered, but it improved a lot after opening the window! However, the window was in a corner, quite small compared to the room size, and surrounded by other buildings. The workmanship of this European hotel chain is truly excellent; the cleanliness and hot water were superb, but there were few electrical outlets, and their locations were odd. There was no separate parking lot; instead, you simply navigate to the underground parking entrance on the main road in front of the hotel and enter without hesitation. It's very close to Fontainebleau. On our night of stay, we strolled through the various free courtyards and gardens of Fontainebleau until 7 pm when they closed. The next day, after buying tickets to visit the palace, we spent a long time wandering through the courtyards and gardens again. (Note: Everyone enters together at the palace ticket office; the palace entrance is inside the ticket machines.)"

"The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely renovated. I haven't tried the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The only thing missing in the room, in my opinion, would be slippers and a bottle of drinking water."
