"Location is quite good, next the river. 12-15 minutes walk to city centre, most staff speak fluent English and friendly. Hotel has been modernised, good sized swimming pool. It’s been a heatwave during our stay in Europe, the hotel room has very good air conditioning. They have only one English tv channel at 53 for Sky News. The only downside is the fringe doesn’t feel cold enough."

"Stayed here for one night; very pleasant and comfortable. Hotel doesn’t look like much from the front, but in fact, it is located in a lovely setting on the shores of a small lake and a large park beyond. It is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, through the park, to the riverside pathway along the Danube. The place is modern and the staff are welcoming. My room was spacious and comfortable. I’d let them know I was travelling with my dog, and when I got to the room, I found they had already placed a full water bowl for the dog, as well as a food dish with a note to inform me that they could provide dog food if I’d forgotten to bring some. I had a very pleasant dinner in the outside part of the hotel restaurant, sitting next to the water. Highly recommend."

"What a pleasure to find this lovely hotel on our recent visit to Ulm. We were there visiting our son who is studying at the university and had no idea what to expect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was good sized and had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern, clean, and quite large. The included morning latte and croissant was delicious, as was the rest of the restaurant's menu. The location was perfect, being centrally situated but in the back corner of the Minster plaza. We will definitely stay here again on our next Ulm visit."

There are significant drawbacks in the quality of the towels and, unfortunately, in some cases, in the cleanliness (the toilet seat was dirty). However, the friendly staff—family-run—was a plus. However, as a single traveler, I wouldn't spend more than €60 here."

"We stayed in this lovely, rustic style hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space, comfy bed, mini-bar and lovely wood features. Free parking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. Good restaurants near by too. We would be happy to stay here again."

"The fact that I get a larger, modern room in Munich at half the price of this place is probably because Munich suffers from overcapacity, but not cities like Ingolstadt or Ulm. The dressing is a very sympathetic house, family environment, the room clean & the 120cm wide boxesspring bed comfortable. In fact, I wanted to eat here: the u formed outdoor area with complete sailings against the sunshine makes it almost impossible for a non-smoker to enjoy his evening. In addition, the reception by the server was unwitting. I need down."
