"we stayed here during our trip to Ujjain and the overall stay was very good. Despite some initial booking issues, the manager was very accommodating and helped resolve it promptly. Housekeeping staff, general staff, everyone was also very helpful and gave general guidelines for best trip experience. The power did keep tripping on one of the days, which was annoying but the overall stay was good"

If your entire reason for booking a hotel is to have a direct, continuous view of the temple from your window, you should look for accommodation closer to the temple gates. However, here is the catch: if you choose a lodge or hotel right next to the temple just for the view, you will completely miss out on the level of luxury, comfort, and top-tier service that Hotel Atharva provides. You simply won't get this standard of hospitality anywhere near the crowded temple area. If you prioritize a pristine stay, amazing food, and world-class hospitality over a literal temple view, Hotel Atharva is hands-down the best choice in Ujjain. I would choose comfort and great service over a window view any day. Highly recommended!"

"We were group if 5-6 families total 40 pax, the checkin process was nice and they accommodated maximum people with early checkin as and when rooms got vacant . Food was excellent they prepared buffet menu as per whatever we demanded. Hotel can arrange auto taxi whatever we need within 5-10 mins Rooms were pretty big and decent . Hotel has good lawn and ambience"

"Clean room but pathetic service. I had stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Before booking , as my parents requires tea at morning . I asked them if they had tea services, and about the room. They said they had 24/7 services for tea and coffee. When we reach here they dont even have masala for the tea or even ginger. And took an hour bring a tea. It happened both days. Even if they dont get tea orders that often, but for that much amount of room these are very basic expectations..... after that in my room before going to the temple washroom was clean but after coming back to the room .the toilet seat was so dirty. Some tobacco stains were there. And when I asked them to clean. NOBODY SHOWED UPP. Though the staff people are fine but the services are bad for that much amount of money they are asking for a single night.not recommended for family stay."

The rooms are neat and much better than the properties nearby. A definite stay for a smooth experience in ujjain. We travel-led to omkareshwar too via cab booked by them and it was hassle free at market rates, they did not charge anything extra."
