I was sorry that the cleaning staff was in the middle of cleaning at that time. However, thank you for your kind hospitality. My daughter's room next door had been cleaned, and I forgot to put up a sign to request cleaning, but they kindly cleaned it and I was grateful. There were my grandchildren's stuffed toys lined up on the bed, which was heartwarming! I came from the Yokohama area, but it was far away, so I was able to relax and unwind. I am very grateful. I would definitely like to stay here again."

They ate a lot at breakfast and were happy that there was rice and bread available. I think it was good that we could relax in the hotel amidst our grief. Thank you very much."

"Overall it's OK, clean and reasonably priced. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It's close to the station. There are buses to Ubegawa and Yamaguchi Prefecture, but be sure to check the time because there are fewer buses. If you miss it, you'll have to wait a long time. Of course, Ubegawa Station is not far away. It's about a 1.8km walk to where there are buses to Shimonoseki."
