"There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious. Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel."

"My mother passed away, and on the day of the wake, we came from Hiroshima to stay here as a family. My daughters said it was a nice hotel and loved it. They ate a lot at breakfast and were happy that there was rice and bread available. I think it was good that we could relax in the hotel amidst our grief. Thank you very much."

"Overall it's OK, clean and reasonably priced. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It's close to the station. There are buses to Ubegawa and Yamaguchi Prefecture, but be sure to check the time because there are fewer buses. If you miss it, you'll have to wait a long time. Of course, Ubegawa Station is not far away. It's about a 1.8km walk to where there are buses to Shimonoseki."
