"I reserve for 3 people , in the apartment quite well placed and well equipped , 2 wallpapers , and no drape or haircut for the 3rd occupant ... Keys must be recovered to another address between 16 and 21h St Georges hotel , not practical , I find it by arrival , and on the phone, the person tells me that it is indicated and that they tell the renters by SMS , but I haven't received anything because they tell me that Expedia sold the room to Trip so they didn't have my number, so if you are aware why not indicate it directly and clearly on the product sheet , I think it is them to make sure that different information about their apartments ... A marble excuse without looking at it when I get the keys ... This is not all product , they also left plastic boxes on the floor , I feel like I'm fucking fucking and I'm not a very demanding person . In short , the apartment was not bad , but all the rest was wasting the experience ! "

"Overall experience was excellent. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the history and the way it has been restored is perfect. We had booked a parking space as we have a 4x4, be aware that space is limited but very secure. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Troyes as in walking distance to all points of interests. Breakfast in the morning was served in the courtyard and was excellent, it set us up for our onward journey perfectly. The team was very welcoming and efficient during the breakfast rush."

"The room was beautiful! in fact, rather a apartment than a room ... bad to be alone to enjoy it, but it's the game when you travel for work. The only clean, well decorated bemol (but of size) is the difficulty of having hot water."

"Very nice hotel near the centre of Troyes. Magnificent restored medieval palace. Rooms are large and luxurious. Excellent large bed. Large bath but shower head could not be fixed to the wall. Perfect breakfast with every choice you want served in the inner courtyard. Magical. Only negative point: diner was ok. Tasty basic food but horribly expensive :39 euro for some gravlax, 29 euro for a pasta bolognese and 35 euro for chicken leg. Not ok. At that price give the customer a nice gastronomic menu. Or diminish the price with 10 euro per course."

"Highly recommend Maison M. It’s a beautiful building in the perfect location for exploring Troyes. Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms with high ceilings. Lovely bathroom, and comfy bed. Locked parking was also good for us as our car was laden with bikes and paddle boards. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Thank you. Will definitely be back."
