"A frugal option but there were loud people outside the room and so we asked to be moved and the staff accommodated. However, we didn't feel great about the safety and a woman actually confronted my wife just because we changed rooms. She apparently took offense"

"The girl at the desk when we checked in was super nice and very organized/prepared. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and more than expected. Overall, it served our purpose for an overnight stay on our way home from vacation. The area seemed safe."

Hampton Inn Troy

"Requested a downstairs accessible room and it wasn't ready when we arrived. Elevator stopped working the next morning and we were afraid we'd miss our appointment waiting on the repair. Missed breakfast since we couldn't get my husband downstairs in his chair and there was no emergency exit plan by the hotel staff for persons in wheelchairs."
