Then we heard a prison-style braying horn and some minutes later a person of appearance of construction worker come over and then ran away realising that Spanish is not our first language. Then a lady appeared who spoke no English either but tried to proceed with the check-in. The facilities and the property itself are quite basic. Requires quite a lot of repairs - many fixtures are loose, broken or simply not working (i.e. the lock on the room doors - we were taking all belongings with us as every time when leaving the room). On the positive side: the AC unit, while noisy, was very efficient and worked well.

Seen better days ... First impression on entering the lobby was that the place is abandoned and not in operation. Then we heard a prison-style braying horn and some minutes later a person of appearance of construction worker come over and then ran away realising that Spanish is not our first language. Then a lady appeared who spoke no English either but tried to proceed with the check-in. The facilities and the property itself are quite basic. Requires quite a lot of repairs - many fixtures are loose, broken or simply not working (i.e. the lock on the room doors - we were taking all belongings with us as every time when leaving the room). On the positive side: the AC unit, while noisy, was very efficient and worked well.
