"When travelling with a child with additional needs, you need little extras to make things run smoothly, like certainty on what's available for breakfast (cheese ) an extra sheet for the bed, easy access to the pool - small things but they make a big difference. We were greeted by Michelle on reception and she was fantastic - really listened and helped made our stay so easy and relaxed. Offered great advice about buses and even looked up tide times for us. In the leisure centre, again the team were so kind and accommodating - nothing was a problem and my son was able to get the most out of the pool. Very helpful breakfast team, friendly and efficient. The staff really made our stay, my son didn't want to leave and either did we!"
