"A chic hotel, ideal location right in the center of the city. The rooms are large, spacious and very clean. The staff is very kind and welcome. There is even Alice 😉 in the room."

"For your money a beautiful hotel. Not the city center, but still quiet. The hotel is new or almost new. The rooms are clean, comfortable furniture, regular cleaning. There is a refrigerator, teapot, tea, coffee. There is a cooler and microwave on the second floor, the first full kitchen (not used). There is a own parking. The administrator carried out, explained and showed. Bear in mind, there is no dining room / restaurant / buffet in the hotel."

"A very nice modern hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is small, cozy, lived in the attic, and the interior is also memorable. It is fully equipped, including a hairdryer and a refrigerator. Breakfast at the cafe with the same name, however, as well as dinner. Everything is fine here too."

"Great! The hotel is located opposite the golden shop and the helicopter museum. There is also a chamber museum in the closet. The hotel itself was pleased with the cleanliness and room equipment. There is almost everything! The staff is very welcome. Restaurant with a good menu and a fine decoration of dishes. Breakfast is a Swedish table with a lot of dishes. Recommended for travelers by car."

"They stayed at the Torzok Hotel in July 2026 for one night. They drove from St. Petersburg to Penza with their parents. They arrived late at night, but we were very warmly met by the administrator on the resepshen and quickly placed. The morning was a good breakfast in the Swedish table format included in the cost of accommodation. After breakfast we continued the journey, and somewhere in the middle of the road, my mom found that she left her favorite jacket in the room. It was far back, so we called the hotel and asked if we could send it to the SDCOM. The hotel staff kindly agreed to help and sent a jacket to our city for free! Thank you very much for your responsiveness and help! It is a pleasure to meet such a human attitude. You are good! We will definitely recommend this hotel."
