"They did not honor our reservation for a room with an extra large bed, they gave us one with 2 double beds and that due to availability… we stayed 4 nights and they never made the change… The pool says it is outside and it is NOT a very small indoor one next to the gym The hot water failed from the first day, we reported it and they came from maintenance arguing that it had already been left and every day we struggled with that, we had to wait a long time and it barely came out lukewarm The Wi Fi did not work well, very slow We left on Sunday and to this day they have not released the amount that they blocked on my credit card for the consumption, which was settled separately, it is $6,000 The service and attention of reception, bellboys and waiters Excellent!!"
