Hôtel Village Montana by les Etincelles ★★★★
"Wondering the Kicker and Billard require coins but not available at the bar :-( Ski rental and shop inside Hotel perfect and best expert consultation - many thanks. Spa would like to use until 9pm. "
Vacancéole - Le Borsat IV ★★
"Our experience at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. After a full day of travel, we arrived past 11 pm only to find no one available to assist us with checking into our rooms, despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone. Forced to endure negative temperatures, we ended up sleeping on the reception floor until 8 am when the receptionist finally arrived. Instead of offering an apology, she shockingly began screaming at us, displaying a sarcastic, rude, and unhelpful attitude. Adding to our frustration, we were required to pay a 300 euro deposit for each room, a fee the staff seemed intent on retaining by any means necessary. Suppressing our complaints about the harrowing treatment, we endured further aggression from the receptionist just to gain access to our rooms. To our dismay, the nightmare continued as we discovered the room was excessively dirty, lacking bed sheets (available at an additional cost of 50 euros for stained and dirty sheets). The window had a gap, allowing cold air to permeate the room, and the heating system was barely functional, leaving us without sufficient duvets. The broken fridge with a malfunctioning door, unclean toilets, and the absence of towels or toilet paper further exacerbated our ordeal. Adding insult to injury, the only provisions left in the room were cleaning products, a cruel reminder that guests were expected to fully deep clean the apartment upon checkout. Failure to meet their standards risked losing the deposit or facing additional charges for missing items in the rooms. In light of our dreadful experience, I strongly advise against choosing this accommodation, even if it appears to be the only option available. Our encounter was nothing short of a nightmare, and based on conversations with fellow guests during our stay, it seems our experience was not unique. I can assure you, this is an establishment I would never consider returning to."
Les Suites – Maison Bouvier ★★★★★
"From the moment you arrive the staff are on hand and ensure your stay is as perfect and comfortable as possible! The customer service and experience is the best I have received at any 5* hotel. The rooms are spacious with every amenity covered, the bar is a lovely informal space for drinks or a family meal. Drivers are on hand to take you anywhere you need. Our kids also really enjoyed the children’s spa treatments. We will be back for our family ski holiday every year, we really couldn’t find anywhere better or value for money. Well done Maison Bouvier team!!"
Les Cimes (Le Lac) ★★★
"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."
Le Prariond (Val Claret) ★★
"Everything that needed to be there was more than sufficiently available and even more than that, only an oven was missing."
Résidences Village Montana by les Etincelles ★★★★
"The apartment was incredibly noisy. Those of us who wanted to ski and rest before skiing again found it impossible to sleep. The staff didn't solve any problems and, on top of that, they wouldn't give us a refund. I booked for seven nights, and on the fifth night we left, losing two days of ski passes and two nights in a hotel—a disaster. It was the worst vacation of my life and my friend's. I wouldn't return to this residence even if they paid me."
Les Pistes (Lavachet) ★★★
"Well equipped and well exposed apartment.Maybe replacement of moquette with washable materials and a bath tape would be welcome"
Les Tufs (Val Claret) ★★★
"The apartment was clean and very functional. Very well equipped, the bedroom in very good condition. A studio of excellent quality price. And especially very well located for access to the trails."
Savoy (Lavachet) ★★★
"The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable."

Grand Roc (Val Claret)
"I've stayed in a few apartments in Tignes during the years I've vacationed there. This was one of the better ones. Towels and sheets were included and were nice (unlike some prison quality setups I've had in the past). The rooms were reasonable. The kitch"
Les Genepis (Val Claret)
"I found toilet paper under the bed"
Résidence Club Mmv l'Altaviva
"Staff professionalism and check in process need improvement. We have paid in advance a high parking spot, but they did not reserved it and it took a while until we got a normal place. We got a refund for the price difference, only after requesting it. The check in process is made online, but you actually have to stay in a long line at the reception to get the entrance cards. The app key never worked and you need the cards for the parking area anyway. The staff move extremely slow and need to ask their superiors for every issue. The elevators ar insufficient for such a large building and you need to wait a lot. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend the nice apartments and location"
Résidence Odalys le Hameau du Borsat
"Dirty and smelly place, lacking of basic things to live in, like kitchen towels, sponge or toilet paper. They also had an issue with the elevator that force me to go up and down 5 floors by the escalator. Generally it’s an old place and it’s not worth the price"
Le Shamrock (Le Lac)
"Amazing apartment - spectacular views. Clean and comfortable. Very good communication from Interhome and the whole arrival process was easy. Perfect location - easy access to shops, restaurants and the slopes."
Les Hauts du Val Claret(Val Claret)
"The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre."
Hôtel Club Mmv les Brévières
"Great club, small size and Family atmosphere and great animations for kids and parents. Tignes has great free of charge offer for families or friends"
