"Very poor quality food - breakfast which was supposed to run until 10.00 often had items that ran out. The cooked items were very sparse and not appetising (congealed egg and questionable egg boiler that ran dry so no ideas as to when an egg was cooked). Insistence on half board but no specials and menu didn’t vary for 6 meals!! Bored rigid by day three so ate out and forfeited paid for meal. The comfort room was claustrophobic and you couldn’t even open the luggage rack as there was no space!! No separate seating for residents and only bar or restaurant to sit in which was often crowded by non residents. We have stayed at a sister hotel Montana up the hill last year and there’s no comparison. Location doesn’t make up for a poor hotel 3 star only and that’s being generous!"

"Superb location and a clean hotel , rooms were very cramped but clean The food was the hotel’s main let down Breakfast was very poor evening meals not good We had 2 meals we all said was average over the week the rest were really poor Wifi worked great and most the staff seemed friendly"

"ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, never again.. The worst hotel (it’s not a hotel) I’ve ever stopped in, I SUGGEST DO NOT BOOK THIS ABORTION OF A SO CALLED HOTEL, it’s a disgrace..ITS A HOSTEL AT BEST.. Breakfast is none existent, you have to ask for everything even cutlery, bread is stale, no glasses, no bacon, when u ask they bring out 1 slice of bread at a time….this is no exaggeration, the place is shocking…. We’ve even had to ask for toilet rolls.. staff are all kids who just don’t care… THE PLACE IS A JOKE…. I JUST HOPE YOU DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE.. Everyone is complaining about the place but it’s run by kids who just don’t care and don’t have a clue.. the rooms are that small that you have to climb over your suitcases or leave them on the balcony…. We had to use ours as bedside tables, as there is nowhere to put your things in the room….. we stayed in a superior double!!! There is no bar, no nightlife, no facilities, it’s not a ski in/ski out hotel and its location is at the top of a steep hill…. Killer with all of your ski equipment! Over priced, over graded, and not worthy of a hotel status!!! Tv doesn’t show Channels as advertised! AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
