"On the morning of the day of the stay, when I went to leave my luggage at the reception, the woman who came explained various things to me and made the arrangements was very nice, but when I checked in the afternoon, I was given a different room even though I had booked it after looking at the photos, and when I said that, she said it was in the system and didn't take me seriously, so I explained it to another person and finally got the room changed. As it is a 5-star hotel, the room was well-equipped, spacious, and had a good view, but the amenities were a little shabby, and the lobby and the building were hot. The breakfast atmosphere was okay, and the other staff were kind and polite, but it was a shame that it was a luxury hotel, and I felt like it was ruined by having female staff like that."

"We had a very brief overnight stay after a Ha Giang Motorbike Loop Tour - The room was very clean, the bed was a godsend and the bathroom looks recently renovated - Bottled water and good quality toiletries provided - Helpful and happy staff, they even packed our breakfast to go for a very early morning checkout - Roughly 10 minutes walk to the river Esplanade - Didn't try the roof top bar but the views were excellent - Good value for a quick stay "

Upon entering the lobby, the receptionists were very warm and friendly. After checking in, I went up to my room, which was clean, spacious, and airy. I chose a room with a view overlooking the river, which was truly relaxing. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local specialties. The staff were very lovely and helpful, recommending the best places to buy local specialties as gifts and suggesting great spots to eat."
