"The hotel's exterior, facilities, and rooms were better than I expected. While there are a variety of shops nearby, it's not too far to walk to the city center. Since it's still new, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. It was simple and very comfortable. The first woman at the front desk was nice, but the man who was there after that didn't speak any English, so I couldn't answer any questions I had and I didn't understand why he was there. On top of that, when I checked out, I had to wait while they checked the room's amenities, and they even charged me for the water that was left there. This was the first hotel I'd ever stayed in. Ultimately, my stay left a bad impression."

"The bathroom facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The bed in the room is comfortable, and the pillows and sheets are changed daily for a neat appearance. Basic amenities such as coffee, a hairdryer, and towels are all provided. The front desk manager is very kind, and it is a truly comfortable and excellent hotel. One drawback is that breakfast is not provided. However, this is not the hotel's fault. There are many local restaurants nearby."

"Had booked this hotel after extensive research that it's one of the best at Cao Bang. It lived up to our expectations. Location was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was sparse, cold and not refilled once empty. However, we were offered alternatives but we missed out on what could have been better, two consecutive days!! For a small place like Cao Bang we hadn't expected much, so this place was a pleasant surprise."

"The stay was lovely. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are prepared for big groups of travelers. We were renting a bike to go around Cao bang. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel. They even have a bike rental service. The location is pretty good, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Located next to the river which you can see from the hotel. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. They have AC and hot water."

Upon entering the lobby, the receptionists were very warm and friendly. After checking in, I went up to my room, which was clean, spacious, and airy. I chose a room with a view overlooking the river, which was truly relaxing. The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local specialties. The staff were very lovely and helpful, recommending the best places to buy local specialties as gifts and suggesting great spots to eat."
