"Travelled for a 2 night business trip. They did not provide milk so had to go out and get my own milk from the store. Housekeeping was a bit slack as I found hair in a drawer and some dirt on the floor in the bathroom. They had not topped up the supply of coffee and tea. Other than that, the room was well presented. Just by the way, we were awoken at 4:20am by the Fire station siren which most likely woke up the whole town!"

"Despite asking when we booked, for an accessible accommodation on ground floor as both of us have mobility issues, on arrival we were told that the accessible unit was not available due to repairs (Would have appreciated knowing before starting our journey). The other chalets were not suitable as they were on first floor. The unit we were given had scaffolding around it. Cobwebs on A frame ceiling, no curtains on some of the windows so outside light shone in chalet all night. Had booked for three nights but stayed for one 😔 Also reception access is not suitable for wheelchair/mobility problems as it has steps and no ramp."
