The service is excellent, with owners, Rossella and Francesco, careful to every need, including the car park pass. The location is perfect, behind the terrain square, a step from the move, but at the same time silent. The sea is also accessible by foot. We will certainly return."

"This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed on holiday with my family. I'll start with the restaurants 2 hour time slots to serve 2000 guests,as you can imagine absaloute bedlam at breakfest and lunch. Food is sub standard with very little choice. You can join the que for coffee which takes on average 15 mins. For evening meals you have to book through the app which I wouldn't bother again crap choice of slop. Pizza restaurant is about the best of the lot because it's fresh. All the pools are minging they look they never get cleaned. Toboggan slides have a constant scum around the sides and bottom of the pool. Our had a ant infestation since the start of our holiday,we did complain but nobody came to sort it. Air con broke. The hotel decor of scum was around our shower. Get this Italian guest bought their dog on holiday ice I thought until it did a poo on the grass and it's left,surprised its not chucked in the pool. Terasini was a nice little town,we had to get of the hotel twice for something decent to eat. 10 mins down the road each way but cost 72 euro fRIP OFF!!! The hotel beach is nice too,basically anywhere outside the hotel😄 We complained about our problems but I get the feeling this a constant conversation from guests. This is a 2 star at best. Please read the reviews before booking or you will be disappointed. The views over the sea are nice but that's it."
