"Very safe and clean room"

"Long lines to check in and then room not ready. After getting a text after 4pm then had to wait in another long line to get keys. Room was nice and clean. Beds and pillows not comfortable. No refrigerator to use. Just one that is stalked and charged if opened. Internet horrible connection. You put your info on to get and then next time you look at your phone it is disconnected and you have to put your info again. Frustrating and no perk for staying at the hotel. Pool is nice and the big pool is adults only. There is a kids pool with a slide. Music blasting started at 10am. No need to play so loud. Can’t just lay out and talk. No need to play so loud on a Monday & Tuesday. Tried the cafe and Mexican place and the staff Is excellent! Food was good. Also the coffee place is opened 24 hours. A latte will run you $9. If you want almond milk. Self parking I’d a very long walk. Overall staff was great."

"Checked in early to a room on the 3rd floor, unpacked and then found the tv didn’t work, pack up all our stuff and get moved to the 1st floor? The faucet water stunk like sulfur, wood floors suck and the breakfast offerings were terrible. To say the least I will not stay there again."

At this point I wouldn’t stay here again. They gave me a small credit but still not worth it. Outside looks nice , along with lobby and pool. Don’t be fooled. Rooms are disgusting."

"The towels in our room were dirty, one had a hair on it. The sink in the bathroom drained really slow. There was a funky odor in the hallways of the hotel as well. The outside of the building looked great, but the inside could use some sprucing up. Definitely won’t be staying at an Extended Stay in the future."
