"Firstly, I want to say that this a truly lovely hotel in an amazing setting and with phenomenal views Staff, in general are friendly and efficient and the decor has that rustic charm you fully expect Food in the restaurant was OK My colleagues had good sized rooms with access to the best view from the hotel And if you’re fortunate enough to be on the third floor with the family room….you are in for one hell of a treat Me…I barely had room to put my suitcase down The temperature in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold and the pillow had as much substance as a piece of A4 paper Would I return…..if I had a different room maybe"

"Family trip. This is my 4th visit to this hotel. We spent a good 5000 EUR here this time, not a cheap stay. I used to love it, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Attention to detail and standard of service are not what they used to be, and staff was generally unhelpful. They know we are repeat guests - and yet they made zero effort to accommodate us. We gave us rooms in a low floor facing the back. There were no spa appointments (even days in advance) and the spa receptionist was impolite and non-apologetic. Dinner receptionist was unaccommodating to our request to move to different table. They charged us for wrong things at checkout and really made me argue, which I hate doing (they ultimately resolved the issue but made me feel terrible in the process). I don't like to complain during my hotel stays, but as someone who comes back here a lot I feel they could be more attentive."

We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities including having a massage. Great location for exploring the mountains and the bus system is very efficient if you visit without a car."
